Martin R.August 20255.0Martin R.August 2025PlusuriOn the one hand, the wonderful peace and quiet, but also the relaxed way the site is laid out! As the site is in the flood zone of the Weser, the showers and toilets are not in the same building, which is not a bad thing! The operator is a very uncomplicated and friendly person who we really like! The price-performance ratio is simply unbeatable and the large showers are a pleasure! Any time again!!!MinusuriWe did not find it!Nice short vacationWe ended up here by chance and would have liked to stay longer, unfortunately our time slot was used up! But we will be back!!!Tradus automat.Niciun turist nu a considerat utilă această evaluare. Fii primul! - 3.0
Mariola M.Iulie 20253.0Mariola M.Iulie 2025PlusuriVery nice site with direct access to the sandy beach. Dog-friendly and clean. The sanitary facilities we saw are also clean and smell fresh. The older gentleman who looks after the site is very friendly and also very helpful.MinusuriThe showers are only at the front by the reception. Families with children are placed between older people. Narrow entrance from the road. Our weekendOn arrival, we were really impressed with the beautiful first impression of the campsite. Even after the tour of the campsite and along the beach. Everyone was friendly. And largely quiet and very pleasant.
But on Saturday lunchtime we were unfortunately confronted by a large family of 10 people.
Very... loud and very unpleasant.
No consideration for others.
Unfortunately, we were annoyed and our dogs were very tense.
tense. It's a shame that the weekend is ruined like this.
But it doesn't have to be like that for everyone.

The sanitary facilities are very clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful.MinusuriThere is a small store, but to go out for a meal, for example, you have to use the carRest and relaxationGood place for dog owners, you can go for long walks with your dog on the dyke. Cornelia G.Iulie 20234.0Cornelia G.Iulie 2023PlusuriVery nice and above all helpful operators familiar atmosphere cleanlinessMinusuriSeparation of showers and washing facilities/toiletsGood location for exploring BremenWe spent 2 nights at the campsite. The location is very nice, the place is rather small and familiar. The owner couple are exceptionally friendly and extremely helpful (we noticed this with our neighbor who had problems with the gas)
There is a small, well-stocked store with a small library. At the ferry... dock, a few meters on foot, there is a nice restaurant with a great view over the Weser.
The only thing we didn't like was the division into showers and wash house/toilet. You walk back and forth ;-) However, everything is very clean, so you can easily stay for longer.Tradus automat.2 turiști au considerat utilă această evaluare. - 4.0JPJörg P.Iulie 20234.0JPJörg P.Iulie 2023PlusurinoneMinusurinoneCampsite for watching shipsA small, lovingly maintained campsite. The site is partly under trees and mostly meadow. And you stand between the permanent campers, who usually arrive on Fridays.
If the pitch is right on the dyke, there is a great urge to look at every large ship on the Weser. We, who don't know anything like that,... have already walked to the beach 3-4 times to marvel.
The sanitary facilities are clean, the showers are clean. There is a small store with the essentials for survival and a large selection of bread rolls.Tradus automat.2 turiști au considerat utilă această evaluare. - 5.0PBPeter B.Iulie 20235.0PBPeter B.Iulie 2023PlusuriTop price-performance ratio. Beautiful large pitches with very nice trees. Each pitch has water and electricity. Small store with bread roll service.MinusuriThe regulation with the shower coins.Very nice campsiteSo, we've now spent seven nights at the Juliusplate campsite in Berne.
The location is absolutely superb. Right behind the dyke to the Weser. There's a great sandy beach where you can go for a swim, it really has that North Sea feeling.
There is always something different. Car ferry across the B74, shipping... traffic that you wouldn't expect there and the feeling of high and low tide.
The unisex shower house right next to reception takes some getting used to. There are 8 shower cubicles, but they are sufficient. 5 minute showers with a coin, those who want to save money shower with a partner.
There are two more toilets and wash houses. You always have to go two ways, shower and then into the wash house.
After two days you get used to it. The cleanliness is exemplary.
The price-performance ratio is excellent. 24.50 euros a night plus 1 euro for showers plus electricity according to consumption.1 kw 0.75 euros. There is a small store for daily needs at very reasonable prices. What I can confirm, the skin of the bratwurst is too hard!Tradus automat.1 turist a considerat utilă această evaluare. - 4.0RB

Siegfried N.August 20213.0Siegfried N.August 2021PlusuriSuitable for a short stay.MinusuriOnly one shower house behind the reception and this one is unisex. Very long way to the electricity box and fresh water outlet.Cozy place on the Weser beachCozy and small campsite directly on the Weser beach behind the dike with beautiful trees. Reasonably well-kept, but unfortunately only one shower house with 8 cabins and shower coins 5 min. a 1.- € and this also unisex.
Small store with fresh bread rolls.
WLAN only near the reception, but free of charge....
Cleaning of the showers and toilet blocks only once a day and this in Corona times!!!!
Otherwise a nice operator couple who are very careful to observe the rest periods.

Fii primul! - 5.0MMMichael M.Iunie 20215.0MMMichael M.Iunie 2021Plusuri- The proximity to the Weser beach - Direct connection to the ferry terminal - The great atmosphere among the campers - Last year there were even friesMinusuriWhat I didn't like was the bratwurst, the skin is not nice. The taste is good, but the bite is not nice. The operators should use a different casing. This is not a 30-caliber pork casing.A very nice place! Not such a large site, but very idyllic due to the trees. Wifi is only available at the reception, but where you can buy hotspots in any discount store, wifi is not a problem.
The showers are at the back of the reception without toilets. Then there is a toilet and wash house, on the left side of the... entrance area, where you can do your business and daily personal hygiene separately.
There is also a toilet block in the middle of the square, but you need a key to use it. There, as well as at the front of the entrance area, there are sinks for dishes.
You don't have to starve there either, in Berne there is an Edeka and the Berner delivery service, where it tastes really good.and if you drive towards the Weser, there is an ice cream machine on the left before the dike.
What you can no longer find there is the former boat ramp, which belonged to the municipality of Berne. It is still advertised in some portals.
And what you have to watch out for is that the Weser is dredged there, never leave your children unattended and only go in up to your knees. Sometimes there are currents that even draw adults into the middle of the river.Tradus automat.Niciun turist nu a considerat utilă această evaluare. We enjoyed the beautiful location for four years. As we like camping, we decided to buy a motorhome. Our permanent camping contract states that we are allowed to set up there with a caravan or motorhome.
As we... didn't inform the campsite tenant of our private plans before buying, we were told to cancel the pitch and were not allowed to move in with the motorhome. The strange thing is that the leaseholder himself was an enthusiastic motorhome enthusiast and a regional newspaper article stated that more and more motorhomes were pulling up there.Tradus automat.Niciun turist nu a considerat utilă această evaluare. The place itself could do with a bit more maintenance - pruning trees and bushes, removing nettles and so on. The plot is not really big but you can fit a... caravan and awning on it, but not much more!
