- Andreas G.August 2025Highly recommendedWe have been coming here to this campsite for over 20 years. Always worth a trip for us from the Black Forest. Once again we had a very pleasant stay at Eclu. It was clean and well-kept, and the showers and toilets were also clean and tidy, even in the toilets there is the possibility to disinfect them... yourself. Also very positive was the very pleasant music in the showers and toilets which was playing for the first time this year. Things have also changed down on the beach. There is a new playground. And the staff at reception deserve a positive mention. They were super friendly and helpful. We'll be back next year and are already looking forward to vacationing here again.Tradus automat.

The sanitary facilities were excellent and very clean, the beach nearby, a playground within easy reach (there was also a small house for bad weather), the pitches were nice and large and equipped with electricity and water and the staff were... very friendly and courteous (we had problems with the electricity, for example, and were helped immediately). Everything was simply great!!!! The only mango was that there was only one restaurant within walking distance and it was closed to the public. It was the start of school in Saxony. Bad luck for us. We would particularly like to emphasize the cleanliness of the sanitary buildings.
Short distances to the lake with beautiful circular paths.
A nearby bus... stop is easy to use for a trip to Plauen.
It's just a shame that the restaurant on site is closed. A small store would also be nice.

No more restaurant. A separate baby changing room would be an advantage. After bathing, I carry my baby in a towel across the sanitary facilities so that I can dress it in the "kitchen" in the draught.Tradus automat.

The baker comes 5 times a week (but you have to remember that he doesn't come on Sundays and Mondays. Please bear this in mind if you arrive on a Saturday)
The lake is great, very dog-friendly and nice to walk around.

The newly built sanitary building is of course super nice and everything has been thought of. There is even an extra children's bathroom so that parents don't have to bend over when showering the little ones. The cleanliness was excellent. The bread van delivers excellent... bread rolls to the campsite from Tue-Sat. The "Eiskarli" also drives up with his ice cream van (daily or almost daily) and has good ice cream at a reasonable price. A small kiosk/snack bar would do the site some good. But that is the only small point of criticism.Tradus automat.
