Always dry feet. But the best thing was the cleanliness of the whole site, especially the sanitary building! The lake was also really nice. Shortly afterwards, we found a well-kept and beautifully run small campsite right on the lake. The management and staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel at home from... the very first minute. We appreciated the short distances to the toilet area, which was always exemplary clean, to reception and to the beach. As we hadn't filled the fridge yet, the vending machines with various food from the region came in very handy. We spent five wonderful days hiking and swimming at this campsite. Unfortunately we didn't have more time otherwise we would have liked to stay longer. We will definitely be back.Tradus automat.

(Opening hours somewhat flexible depending on weather and day) Quite flat, spacious pitches. Wonderfully quiet, pure nature. Camper level generally very friendly/ sociable and very quiet at night. Online bread roll service via barcode APP with good quality.MinusuriUnfortunately, the restaurant in the main building is no longer open, so you have to walk or drive into town to eat and check the opening times.Small but nice in a prime lakeside location-Booked at short notice, everything went perfectly with short response times.

-Highlight the sanitary facilities, walled ventilated toilets, also showers with timer start/stop 7 min. which was always enough... for us. Would also be something for at home. Private bathrooms for an extra charge. Washing machines / dryers / rinsing area and separate toilet disposal outside. Everything very modern and spotlessly clean, no matter what time of day,
-Disposal also all top, as well as water station in a few meters.
-Pitches very nice and very flat (gravel/grass mixture on the ground)
- Ice cream machine with delicious Manufaktur organic ice cream (3.40 EUR)
- Meat vending machine, sausage, cheese etc., drinks instead of the no longer managed Stüble

It was easy to walk the dog directly from the pitch. There was also a section by the lake for dogs. There was a bread roll service in the morning.MinusuriNo water and waste water on site, no store available. You have to have everything with you, but for us it was no problem for three days.Beautifully situated small squareWe liked it very much, we will definitely come back. There was a cozy atmosphere on the campsite and in the Campingstüble (pub), thanks to the lovely campsite operators. Requests were fulfilled immediately and taken seriously. The sanitary facilities were excellent, perfectly clean and right... next to our pitch. There was a great opportunity to wash dishes and laundry in the sanitary building. Several 50 cent pieces were needed for washing. You could sit by the lake, walk around the lake or walk to the waterfall (a bit dangerous in winter as it is steep). The surroundings were very beautiful. We really enjoyed this winter vacation and will definitely come back in spring/summer. Thank you very much 😊Tradus automat.

The small Niedersonthofener See is wonderful, especially for swimming (a little too small for real paddling trips). The many young families... were also nice.

Ideal for relaxing hiking swimming and so on. Very great hosts. Always friendly and helpful.MinusuriThere are no disadvantages. There is just one thing: the pallets, which are very awkward to transport, should have shorter distances. If you have to transport the pallets from the end of the campsite to the beginning, it's very tiring. I've had two new hips in the last year and a half. It's not that easy anymore. My suggestion. Position the pallets so that the distances are not so long.Our vacation from 16.08.24to 29.08.24The campsite is run very conscientiously. A big compliment to the Anders family. The campsite is well maintained and the sanitary facilities are top notch and every hotel could take a leaf out of their book. For us there is only one point that was negative: The kiosk leaves a lot to be desired with the... opening hours and even on public holidays it was closed (information sheet is open)? The selection is also rather poor. But otherwise a super campsite and very friendly staff. Highly recommendedTradus automat.
