We’re delighted that you enjoyed the spacious, shaded campsites as well as the opportunity to swim right in the Cèze River. This is indeed one of the features our campers appreciate most, and... we’re glad you were able to enjoy it.
Regarding the Wi-Fi, your comment is completely understandable. Wi-Fi coverage throughout the campground is particularly challenging due to the many trees on the property. We’ve chosen to preserve this vegetation—which provides much-appreciated natural shade during hot weather—rather than cutting it down to improve network coverage.
To still meet the needs of our guests, we provide free Wi-Fi in the bar-restaurant area, where everyone can easily connect.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
However, we are surprised by some of your comments. You booked your stay online a few days before your arrival, and the rate for your campsite was clearly stated before you confirmed your reservation. No one forced you to book,... and you had also purchased cancellation insurance that allowed you to cancel your stay if the conditions did not suit you.
Regarding electricity, we would like to clarify that, contrary to what you state, it is indeed included in the package you booked: Comfort Riverfront Site for 2 people with a tent or RV, including 10 A electricity and one vehicle. This information is clearly stated in the accommodation description.
However, we do apologize for the inconvenience regarding the hot water. A breakdown of our boiler did indeed occur during your stay, and a heating technician was dispatched as quickly as possible to resolve this issue, which was beyond our control.
Finally, the price of your stay includes much more than just a campsite: you enjoyed a prime riverside spot, access to our pool, direct access to the river, our bar-restaurant, an exceptional wooded park, as well as the many services offered by our establishment. While the grass is indeed less green in the height of summer in the south of France due to weather conditions, this does not detract from the quality of the natural setting, which you yourself highlighted.
We also regret that you did not have the opportunity to speak with our team, who go out of their way every day to welcome and assist our guests with attentiveness and professionalism.

Regarding direct access to the river, we’d like to clarify: the access bridge is dismantled every year from fall through spring to prevent risks associated with rising water levels.... It is reinstalled as soon as the river level stabilizes and access can be provided safely.
