The location, away from the highway and yet close enough for a stopover, is good. The sanitary facilities are great, the owner is really nice. We were able to stay overnight spontaneously in front of the barrier (incl. electricity). The natural swimming pond is just great!!!

Charming little campsite!
Spontaneous stopover on the way to Italy. We were pleasantly surprised by this charming little campsite. We would love to come back again if the opportunity arises!!!

Swimming pond, clean sanitary facilities, excellent bus connections, close to the Adige cycle path,
Minusuri
actually none. The early work of the fruit growers is sometimes a little annoying but ultimately not derogatory.
Small but nice
The site is small and therefore has a special charm. The pitches are sufficiently large and level. The site operators are very helpful and friendly, and almost everything is available at good prices in the small shop at reception. There is a delicious restaurant nearby, similar to the German Besenwirtschaften,... with local dishes at the best prices. The fruit growers are sometimes on the road quite early with their tractors. You might want to start the day early, as you can take the bus directly from the campsite for excursions to Bolzano, Merano or Caldaro. Bolzano can also be easily reached by bike along the Adige river. The Südtirol-Mobil card, which the groundsman will be happy to sell you, also includes the funicular up the Mendel and the cable car up the Ritten. After the day's excursions, you can cool off in the swimming pond and then enjoy a meal at Gruber. All in all : super

Wine trail and other hiking opportunities, beautiful pitches, friendly staff

Noise level during the week
nice place but...
The place is really great, the sanitary facilities clean, the operators really nice, but you should also face the facts: the nearby wine road with a steep ascent, where everything from Vespas to tractors are brought out the last, the adjacent road where agricultural vehicles are already on the road at... times and a construction site sometimes cause a considerable background noise level during the week. Not everyone finds this annoying, but it did spoil our stay somewhat. It was good that we hadn't booked the whole vacation there, we then found a place where it was much more pleasant.

The Mayr family's campsite is a small, quiet and well-kept campsite. It was our first time here as camping newbies and we felt very comfortable and will definitely be back. Best regards to the Mayr family from the Knoll family

Simply beautiful! A place to feel good if you are looking for peace and relaxation!
Here for the second time after May 2016 and delighted again. Surrounded by vineyards in the South Tyrolean lowlands, between Bolzano and Trento near Lake Kaltern, this small, lovingly designed and well-maintained site offers pure relaxation. The natural bathing pond is a successful alternative to the... usual swimming pools. The sanitary facilities are in impeccable condition and excellently maintained. The booking process was straightforward and during our stay we were impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the Mayr family who run the campsite. All in all, we found an "all-round carefree package". A big THANK YOU for this!

Little pearl on the South Tyrolean Wine Road
We have been visiting the Mayr family's cute little campsite at Easter for over 10 years now and feel very much at home there. They look after you very warmly and if there are any problems (like this year with my health) they help and look after you in a friendly manner. Wonderful large gravel pitches and the beautiful natural bathing pond, plus perfectly clean sanitary facilities - what more could you want? THANK YOU, Mayr family !!!

Nice and quiet place
We spent our first real camping vacation here and felt at home from the very first moment. The site has 25 pitches and is beautifully situated in the middle of apple orchards. We found it very cozy. Every now and then you can hear a tractor, but we didn't find that disturbing, especially as it was apple... harvest time. The pitches are large enough and have water/waste water and electricity. The sanitary facilities are modern and very clean. Just the right place to relax. The host family was always friendly and had one or two tips for us. We liked it so much that we booked again for 2018. :-)

Very nice campsite
My wife and I stayed at this campsite from 16.10. - 21.10.2017. We were very positively surprised by the tidy structure of the campsite, the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities and the hospitality of the operators. All these qualities contributed to a really good stay. Many thanks to the Mayr family for this.

Beautiful, well-kept campsite
We first spent one night on our way to Tuscany and then a week at this campsite on our way back. We will definitely go there again. More than satisfactory in all areas. Very friendly owner couple! The sanitary area is immaculately maintained and clean! The beautifully laid out natural swimming pond is... an enrichment and an absolute blessing, especially in hot weather! The possibility to stay for one night while passing through is also ideal. We are already looking forward to our next vacation at Camping Obstgarten

Close to the Brenner highway A22-very good and inexpensive place for an overnight stay

After 8pm we couldn't reach anyone at reception or on the phone! Other camping guests helped us, so everything was fine!
Campsite used for an overnight stay - great!
We used the site as a stopover in the direction of Tuscany and parked in front of the camper van site! So far all good, but a maximum of three vehicles fit there. Everything else, from the first contact to the sanitary facilities and above all the costs, everything was great! We paid €15 for the whole night! As we often drive south/Italy, this probably won't be the last time we've been here😉!!!
