We would like to inform you about our campsite "Nautic Almata", a perfect place to spend an unforgettable holiday with your family and friends. OUR SIX OUTSTANDING FEATURES: Nautic Almata has all the facilities you would expect of a modern … first class campsite, plus six features which make it stand out from the rest as an ideal holiday location: 1.- Its idyllic setting in the natural park of the “ Aigüamolls de l'Empordà". 2.- Campsite residents have virtually exclusive access to the beach facing the camp where you can make the most of our beautiful summer weather away from typical hustle and bustle of other nearby beaches. 3.- According to the experts, this is the best area on the Spanish Mediterranean coast for windsurfing, and we have facilities for washing and drying sails as well as for board storage. 4.- The site has direct sea access via a canal system. This means you can moor your boat on site and sail out to sea whenever you like. 5.- We are just a few miles away from places of unrivalled cultural and historical interest, (The Dalí Museum in Figueres, the artistic haven of Cadaqués, the archeological excavations in the ancient coastal ruins of Ampurias, Peralada, famous for its wines and casinos) and all this in the middle of spectacular natural scenery. 6.- We also offer horse riding facilities for enthusiasts of all levels. SERVICES: Reception with money changing service, public telephones and safe deposit boxes. All showers with hot running water for free. Three bars, each one with its own unique atmosphere, as well as a disco for the young and the young at heart. Our restaurant has a wide choice of menus on offer to suit all tastes and budgets. A snack bar and a pizzeria can also be found on the campsite. Our supermarket has its own bakery and butcher’s, with fresh fruit and fish counters next to the campsites “corner shop”. A laundry and post office facilities, children's playgrounds, a car-wash, organized social activities for young and old, trips and much, much more. SPORT: Sailing, canoeing and windsurfing school; facilities for five-a-side, football, basketball, handball, a.s.o. Three tennis courts; two swimming pools, one for children and learners; a "Fronton" court, a squash court, a games room with table tennis; table football and pool tables. There is also the opportunity to indulge in a variety of water sports from sea fishing to surfing and diving. REMINDER: Accommodation is also available in comfortable family-size bungalows; showers and bidets with hot running water.

FROM BARCELONA Arriving from the south (from Barcelona or Girona) Take the NII road or the A7 motorway northwards. From the NII follow the signs to L`Escala. About 10.5km before l´Escala turn towards Ventallo proceed straight through Torroella de Fluvia … and on to Sant Pere Pescador on the C-252 local road. Follow the signs to Castello d'Empries. After 2.3 km look out for the signs of our campsite "CAMPING NAUTIC ALMATA". From the Motorway A7 leave at junction 5 follow signs to L`Escala follow this local road then follow the directions given for C252. FROM LA JONQUERA Arriving from the north (from the French /Spanish border) Choose the motorway A7 or the National road NII. If you take the NII take the C-260 local road towards Figueres- at the edge of the town go on the ring road C-260. Go through Vilasacra and Castelló d' Empuries then on to Sant Pere Pescador on the C-252 local road. After 4.6km you will see the sign and turn-off for "CAMPING NAUTIC ALMATA". Southbound on the motorway A7 leave the motorway at exit 3 (signs for Figueres north). Follow signs for the city centre (Figueres). Look for signs for the C-260 to Rosas. Then follow directions as above.
