Very friendly owner. (Speaks German and English.) Spacious sites; dining options within a 5- to 10-minute walk. Reasonable price.

There were many good ideas, but they were only implemented in a mediocre way. (Seating was provided, but with very cheap chairs that were, unfortunately, scattered all over the place instead of being grouped together in one central location. More needs to be done to control the insects in the restrooms. There were many spiders and, above all, mosquitoes in the restrooms.)

A friendly, pleasant campground with spacious sites, some shaded and some not. Relaxed atmosphere, nice pool. Everything is spotlessly clean.

The very friendly and warm welcome, the spacious sites with beautiful green lawns, and the peace and privacy were wonderful.

One or two more restrooms would be nice, and some hot water in the evening. During our visit (mid-June), that wasn't a problem, but it might be more of an issue in July and August.

Fun and cozy

A quiet, affordable campground with spacious sites and a friendly owner. Close to Zadar, the Plitvice Lakes, and river gorges perfect for hiking. The village isn't much, but it has restaurants and supermarkets.

A small, quiet campground with a limited number of guests. Very dog-friendly: dogs usually roamed freely without any conflicts.

The hot water supply was insufficient when there were a lot of campers, so in the evenings you only had lukewarm water for showering at those times. Washing machines are powered by a circuit breaker and require two 1-euro coins per hour of electricity: it’s a challenge to find a cycle that finishes within an hour. (Select 30 degrees and the shortest cycle time.) Once the paid electricity time has expired, the machine’s door will no longer open… keep an eye on this.

We had a wonderful stay at this small campground. The location is great, and there are plenty of things to do in the area.

The washing machines operate on €2 coins per hour. However, if your wash cycle lasts 1.5 hours, you’ll need to pay €4 to run the entire cycle. If you insert €2 and the time runs out, the door won’t open anymore, and you’ll need help from the campground staff to get it open again. They’re always on hand to help, but it would be a bit more convenient if you could pay per wash cycle somehow. Also, the water for washing dishes and in the showers could be a bit warmer.

Emma, the campground’s faithful four-legged friend, made our stay feel warm and homey. A place where you can truly unwind. Highly recommended!

There was some overdue maintenance on a few facilities. It didn't spoil our stay, but with a little attention, the campground could be even nicer.

Maintenance of the campsites (mowing the grass); the new restroom facilities are not yet finished; the decking around the pool needs some attention.

We stayed at this charming campground for two weeks. The sites are huge, the restrooms are great, and there’s a nice pool. The friendly owner speaks English and German well and goes out of his way to make sure you have a good time. For example, you can order bread, and he’ll deliver it to your site himself. There’s a lovely little restaurant just 300 meters away. The natural surroundings are beautiful; the only downside is that the tourist attractions are a bit of a drive away (at least 50–60 minutes). Bottom line: just book it!

The bathroom is clean, but the locks don't always work. The surroundings are beautiful, but just a little too far away to see the sights.
