Stephanie G.Iulie 20251.0
Stephanie G.Iulie 2025PlusuriWell, it's a nice campsite in itself. I spent half my childhood there because my dad had a permanent campsite there. However, it has been privatized since 2021. I'm now 35 years old and wanted to show my 7-year-old autistic son a part of my childhood, but I quickly regretted it - let's move on to the many disadvantages....Minusuri.... It was deeply disappointing and humanly upsetting. This stay was a shock for us as a family. We really just wanted to have a carefree time - combined with a very important family visit. My father is 80, my grandmother 93, and I don't know if this was perhaps the last opportunity for them to spend time with their only grandson. We were here for 10 days, mostly in the rain and almost empty. As the weather improved and the place filled up, the tone changed. Officially, the reasons given for kicking us out included the occasional barking of our dogs and the fact that we had argued once - both of which were obviously not tolerated here at all. The reasons seemed contrived and disproportionate to us. It was particularly hurtful that we had the impression that our son's disability (7, autistic) and my husband's Jewish ancestry could also have played a role in the decision. This is an experience for us that we would never have expected in a hospitality environment. The unbelievable happened afterwards: At a second campsite in the area, we were told directly that they had already been contacted by Höllental Camping - with the advice not to give us a pitch. There was no real concrete explanation. Except For us, this stay was not only disappointing, but deeply hurtful. We came with the hope of hospitality and understanding - instead we felt excluded and stigmatized. OUR CONCLUSION: For families who value tolerance, respect and humanity, this place is not a recommendation.....Humanly shattering....This stay was a shock for us as a family. Nearby lake certainly inviting in better weather. Snack stand on the pitch, offer a matter of taste. One visit was enough for us.MinusuriPayment for the entire period is required on arrival. If you leave a day early for personal reasons, as we did, you won't get a refund. It doesn't get any more unaccommodating than that! The sanitary building is modern, but 3 out of 4 showers (m/f) only have a curtain instead of a door and no anteroom for depositing clothes, towels etc. Poor youth hostel standard. Poor youth hostel standard. Access only with personal check card. Couples only get one card. Second card only for an additional deposit. The entrance/access area currently looks more like a building site.Never again.Basically a beautifully situated campsite with pitches on a slope, close to a public bathing lake. For whatever reason, little frequented.
For us, the disadvantages were mainly: advance payment required, no money back if you leave earlier than planned. The sanitary building is modern and clean, but the shower facilities are underground. That's why we wouldn't go to this campsite again.Tradus automat.1 turist a considerat utilă această evaluare. - 5.0JBJana B.Mai 20235.0JBJana B.Mai 2023PlusuriVery quiet location, directly on the lake. New sanitary facilities, very clean. Beer garden and bread roll service. Everyone very friendly! Great hiking opportunities in the Höllental.MinusuriNo disadvantagesGladly again! We spontaneously looked for a campsite nearby over Whitsun 2023.
The lake has a small children's area, volleyball court, sunbathing lawns, jetty and lifeguards.
There is a nice beer garden at the campsite.
The site is very quiet.
The sanitary facilities have been renovated and were always clean.
We received a very friendly welcome and will be back!Tradus automat.1 turist a considerat utilă această evaluare. - 4.0
