A beautiful place, The family that runs the campground was very friendly, and we ate at the restaurant—local produce and excellent service. I’ll be back next year with great pleasure.

Quiet, Pleasant, Family-Friendly Atmosphere

Meyronne is located in the heart of the most beautiful villages in France, and the campground is run by charming, professional managers who do everything they can to ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible. A well-maintained campground, spacious sites, a wonderful, well-heated pool, clean restrooms, and a convenient system for disposing of household waste. In conclusion, it couldn’t be any better.

Very warm welcome, very clean campground, and spacious, shaded sites. Dogs are welcome. The pool is great!

A family-friendly campground with a very warm welcome—the owner helped us choose our sites upon arrival, explaining their pros and cons, which is very rare and at the same time very pleasant!! The owners are always available to help with any unexpected issues—kudos to them. Clean restrooms, a heated pool, and a snack bar—great value for the price. A superb spot.

I only stayed for two nights and hope to come back and stay longer. The campground owner, Florin, was very welcoming and hospitable. It's a well-managed and very peaceful campground. I had a wonderful time.

The tent and the view were wonderful! I have to give a special mention, though, to the mattress in the tent. I’ve rarely slept so well. The entire team also radiated a friendliness that you rarely experience. Thank you so much—I’d love to come back!

A pleasant setting along the Dordogne River. Excellent hospitality and very helpful staff. Meals are available on site. Very good sandwiches. You can go shopping in the nearby village, even without a car.

We spent two wonderful weeks at this campground, and we really didn’t want to leave! Between the pool, access to the river, and the calm, pleasant setting, everything came together to make for a great vacation. Dogs are welcome, much to our delight 🐶 And above all, a big thank you to the managers, who are truly warm, welcoming, and always there to help. A wonderful find—we highly recommend it!

Beautiful campground with sites along the river and a small beach. Super friendly and helpful owner and staff. Very pretty villages and towns in the area within a short (bike) ride. There’s a swimming pool, canoe rentals, a small restaurant (with a limited menu), and a small supermarket in the village 500 meters away. Bread delivery service. It’s easy to walk your dog here. It’s a smaller campground, so the service and personal touch upon arrival immediately make you feel welcome. Well, actually, everything was great. Thank you, Camping La Plage, for taking such good care of us!

If I had to name one thing, though, it would be that there aren't enough restrooms.
