Nice pool with a restaurant/bar, friendly staff, clean and well-maintained restrooms Breakfast service (baguette, croissant) Mont-Saint-Michel is just a few minutes away by car or bike
Minusuri
Nothing serious—you'd have to look hard to find anything wrong. The campsites could perhaps have been a little better maintained, but they were basically perfectly fine.
Great location for visiting Mont Saint-Michel
We stopped there in July 2026 on our way to Mont St. Michel. The location is practically ideal for that, since the island is very easy to reach by both bike and car.

There’s only one restroom building, which was in good condition and was cleaned regularly. I never found any dirty showers. We didn’t... use the restrooms in the building.

Each campsite has an electrical hookup as well as fresh water and wastewater (gray water) connections. They could have been a bit better maintained, but that would be nitpicking.

I’d like to highlight as a very positive point that the staff went around after a severe heat storm to check if everything was okay. I thought that was really great.

If we’re ever in the area again, this campground would definitely be our first choice!

- Cleanliness despite the large number of guests on the campground - Tall, privacy-screening hedges between the campsites - Everything is quiet starting at 10:30 p.m.! - Birdsong in the morning - Wi-Fi works reasonably well;
Minusuri
- The parking spot is quite uneven;
Great for longer vacations, too!
Well-maintained grounds; unisex laundry, restroom, and shower facilities—clean and equipped with soap and hand dryers, as well as two (!) modern toilet paper holders in the restrooms;
there is an accessible restroom;
The washing machines and dryers operate on a cashless system.
Even those who don’t... want to visit Mont-St. Michel (and are only staying for a few days) will find a quiet campsite here;
The pool is well-attended but spacious (and great for cooling off!);
Many visitors from the UK, with some from France and Germany as well;
Good supermarkets nearby; a mini-shop on-site;

Nice reception and communication possible in English. Sufficient and clean toilets with toilet paper and soap. Showers and washing facilities clean and sufficiently available.
Minusuri
Pitch a bit uneven and hedges should have been trimmed.
Good starting point for the sights
Not quite cheap in high season but well worth it. Nice little pool, enough to cool off in.
Well suited for children. There is a lovely area to walk the dog.
All in all a lovely campsite. We would come again 😊

Great location for visiting Mont Saint Michel. Cycle/footpath along the river in the direct direction. About 15 minutes by e-bike to get there - always with a direct view of the mountain.
Minusuri
Unfortunately the sanitary facilities (showers + washrooms) are not good. Shower heads calcified, not adjustable. Fittings partly defective, although only at the beginning of the season.
Great location to Mt. St. Michel - showers not well maintained
An example of a place that could be really great with manageable effort.
The location for visiting Mont Saint is simply ideal. Just a few steps from the campsite and you're on the adjacent cycle/footpath, which leads directly to the mountain and can be reached in around 20 minutes. St. Malo is also easily... accessible from here.
Unfortunately, the actually good condition of the sanitary facilities is not maintained. The shower heads are so calcified that the jet is like pinpricks on the skin. Some fittings were defective. However, everything was cleaned well twice a day.
All hedges and lawns were not cut = already very long. The paths also had many unfilled holes.
With this we want to say that all deficits could be fixed quickly with not too much effort.
However, we would visit the site again because of its good location.

Paths partly in poor condition
Good location to Mont St. Michel
We spent 2 nights at the campsite. It is ideal for visiting the MSM, as it is located directly on the cycle path that leads straight to the Mont, the bike parking lots and the shuttle. Some of the paths on the site are very patchy. The pitches are sufficiently large and grassy, and the site makes a well-kept... impression overall. The sanitary facilities are adequate and were always clean. We did not use the bar. Bread can be ordered, but the lady struggled with the till for quite a long time, so we were afraid of going hungry that day ;)) With ACSI we paid €22.10 per day.

The campsite is the ideal starting point for visiting Mont Saint-Michel and this coastal region. We were given a very nice welcome by a young lady who explained everything to us. We had a pitch with private sanitary facilities. The distance between the pitches is fine in my opinion. There is a pool and a bar. Bread roll service too. The sanitary buildings are quite new and clean. There is a supermarket and a petrol station nearby.
Minusuri
A few garbage cans distributed around the square would be ideal.
Super close to Mont Saint-Michel
Very good place for further excursions in the region! Everything very clean and well maintained. Highly recommended!

I agree with the previous comment in every respect.
I would like to add that the trees are very popular with pigeons and the associated droppings on the vehicles.

CP facility, size of pitches, tranquillity, cycle paths nearby, friendliness, shady trees
Minusuri
No hot water in the shower at peak times, pool temperature
By bike to Mont Saint Michel
The campsite (CP) is medium-sized and is located near Pontorson.

We were allowed to choose one of the many free pitches. The individual pitches are mostly separated from each other by high (approx. 2 m) hedges. Several tall trees provide shade. The driveways (not laid out at right angles but very organically)... are asphalted and the pitches are very level and on grass and sandy ground. There is ample space for maneuvering with a caravan and trailer.

The sanitary facilities are quite new and clean. As on most campsites, the shower cubicles are of an inhumane size and hot water is in short supply at peak times (and in the off-season).

The pool area is too small for the size of the campsite. The water in the pool was "very refreshing" - meaning cool - at the beginning of September.

A bar at the campsite provides fresh baguettes and a limited selection of drinks and ice cream - no food (except croissants for breakfast).

The reception is friendly and helpful.

Overall, the campsite is in a quiet location. Walks and cycle tours start directly from the campsite. The nearest village is just a few hundred meters away and the nearest large supermarket is about 2 km away. It is about 9 km by bike to Mont Saints Michel - on a beautiful cycle path away from the traffic. The good network of cycle paths in the area is largely flat.

In short, the campsite is suitable for people looking for peace and quiet, but also for families with children in high season.

TOP location to the village and Mont Saint Michel Super friendly reception (a young lady and a young gentleman) Very large pitches
3 stars are far too few for this great CP
We had actually reserved 2 pitches at another campsite, but 2 hours before arrival we found out that our pitches were taken.... So we ended up on this super nice site and were glad that it turned out that way. I don't understand why the campsite only has 3 stars. Everything is just right here: super... friendly reception (although we said on the phone that we actually wanted to go to the campsite one place further on)!!! Very large, parceled out pitches. Generally very nicely designed site. Large pool with sun loungers. Clean, modern sanitary facilities (not separated by gender, but that doesn't bother me). Absolutely quiet and located on the riverbank (the only downside here was that we had an insane number of hungry mosquitoes on 3 evenings during our stay). Le Mont Saint Michel is easy to reach on the cycle path along the river (even in the dark). Wi-Fi is free and works perfectly. The village of Pontorson is within walking distance, there is a market on Wednesdays, cafés, restaurants, bakers, meztger, etc. A supermarket (Carrefour) is also just a 3-minute walk from the campsite. You have the option of ordering baguettes on site. I can only recommend this campsite....!!!! Je dis merci beaucoup et á la prochaine peut-être! Beaucoup de salutations, A. Klein

Conveniently located for visiting Mt. Saint Michel and St. Malo
The staff is very friendly, the pitches are well maintained, wide access roads, comfort pitches, delimited by hedges, are spacious and have electricity, water and sewage connections. The sanitary facilities were OK. Mt. Saint Michel is not far away. You can easily reach it on a cycle/hiking path from... the campsite. The campsite is a good starting point for excursions to Saint Malo and Granville and from there possibly to Jersey. Supermarket (Carrefour) can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The supply of baguettes etc. at the campsite is excellent and I can highly recommend the campsite.

Great campsite
We had a Comfort pitch with water. The pitch is very large and separated by hedges. The sanitary facilities are new and clean. You can order bread rolls, croissants and baguettes. Wifi is free. The cycle path to Mont Saint Michel is great and now in October it is not overcrowded. A Carrefour is within... walking distance and a Lidl is in town. There are many restaurants. There is a small bar with coffee and the people are very nice and speak good English.

Everything that the previous speakers have said positively fits. St. Malo is 40 km away and Mont St. Michel is 9 km away, completely accessible on cycle paths. The cycle path to St. Malo in particular is a blast, alternating between through the forest, across fields or along the water, via Cancale to the destination. Pontorson 1 km away Supermarket and Lidl in the village and market day on Wednesdays. Separate rear exit for walking or cycling.
