The surroundings.MinusuriThe reception could be improved, especially the tone used. Rules that are misunderstood, poorly explained, or unknown can be reiterated in a pleasant and polite manner. We are relaxed guests on vacation. We came here for the peace and quiet, and not feeling harassed by the staff right from the moment we arrive is part of that. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re delighted that you enjoyed the shaded location, the peace and quiet, the cleanliness of our restrooms, the surroundings, and our morning pastries.
However, we’re sorry that you felt our welcome was too direct. We fully understand... that a vacation should be synonymous with relaxation and tranquility. However, in your situation, certain reminders concerned important safety rules that unfortunately could not be taken lightly, particularly the failure to respect the barriers and fire safety rules, as well as smoking while driving. In this context, it was only natural that our response be more firm and direct in order to ensure everyone’s safety.
Regarding the pool, we are particularly vigilant about enforcing the rules to ensure everyone’s safety and hygiene. It is true that an exception was made for a young boy wearing a T-shirt, solely to protect him from the sun due to the particular sensitivity of his skin. This was therefore a very specific situation and does not call into question the general pool rules.

As for the restrooms, we’re sorry to hear that you found them a bit dirty during... your stay. Our restrooms are cleaned several times throughout the day, but due to the high volume of guests, they can get dirty quickly between cleanings. However, we’ve taken note of your comment and will continue to pay special attention to this issue.

When I arrived, the staff member didn’t have my reservation, so they hadn’t processed it on their end. The staff member was able to locate the reservation and gave us a spot since there were still some available.
