"Luckily, it was only for 4 nights - But as for spending the whole summer vacation there, it would be too crowded for my taste, and let's not forget the water issue either.

"A very large space with plenty of room to grow - For us personally, the campground ended up being a bit too big. We had a site in the 3000 section. It was about 500 meters to the beach and around 200 meters to the restrooms—both of which were perfectly fine with us. Unfortunately, the restrooms weren’t always clean. However, we don’t want to blame that entirely on the cleaning staff. Every guest could leave their area clean. What we really missed, though, were squeegees in the shower area. So after showering, you’d often be standing in the water left by the person before you, which wasn’t particularly pleasant. In the evenings, you could wind down the day comfortably in one of the bars. There was regularly live music or other entertainment programs. The prices for cocktails and drinks were absolutely fair. The two pool areas are beautifully designed, though a bit too crowded for our taste. If you’re looking for action, you’ll get your money’s worth at the campground: jet skis, boat rentals, water skiing, and dolphin tours can all be booked right on-site, so you don’t have to leave the grounds. Outside the campground, however, there aren’t many options. If you want to go out and about or do some shopping, you should head to Umag or Novigrad. Overall, the campground is very well-maintained and offers a huge range of recreational activities—especially for families and guests who enjoy large vacation resorts. For our taste, though, the next campground could be a bit smaller and quieter.

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolutely amazing campground! - Camping Park Umag impressed us in every way. The campground is beautifully maintained, clean, and perfectly equipped. The campsites are spacious, the restrooms are cleaned regularly, and the entire grounds have a very pleasant atmosphere. A big plus are the pools with water slides, which our kids enjoyed every day, as well as the great entertainment programs. The sea is clean, the beaches are well-maintained, and the entry into the water is comfortable even for younger children. The campground has everything you need—shops, restaurants, a bakery, and sports facilities—so there’s almost no need to go anywhere else. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and are taking home lots of wonderful memories. If you’re looking for a top-notch family campground in Croatia, we can wholeheartedly recommend Camping Park Umag. We’ll definitely be happy to return here!

"To expensive and worn out - Large camping site - a bit too big for us though. The camping pitches are not that big, we couldn't park our car by the tent as there was no more room. We thought the campsite was very worn, both in the adult pool and children's pool by the reception, the bottoms were folded when you walked on the bottom. Especially in the children's pool. Sunbeds cost 6 euros per piece per day and parasols 8 euros per piece per day. We are a family of 6, and it would have cost us 335 kr per day. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to bring our own camping sunbeds to the pool, as we had to rent them. There are electric scooters everywhere very fast - both children and adults. You have to be very careful if you have small children with you. It can quickly become dangerous. The train inside the campsite that runs around costs 5 euros for adults and 3 euros for children. It was free once, I heard. They have to pay for everything, but I don't think the standard is up to par. Unfortunately we won't be back.

"Big and Expensive - Not recommended if you have a dog, since there are a lot of burrs on the site and they always get stuck in the fur! The campsites are very uneven, and there’s no sewage system on site! Without a car, you can’t get to another town, and taxis are very expensive! We cut our stay short after 4 days and drove to another campground. The “Premium” campsite is full of red dirt—there’s no proper grass or anything like that.

"A Great, Fun Campground with Dog-Related Issues - For that kind of money, they should guarantee better safety. A dog will either pee on you or bite you.

Descriere

Profil

Camping at the 4-star Park Umag campsite is a family affair. You come for the sun and sea, the morning and evening activities, barbecues by the sea and walks in the park full of native plants and herbs. You bring …your caravan or a tent. We put on a show, make ice cream and cook Istrian delicacies. Send the children to the water playground by the pool while you play a game of tennis or volleyball. A few more people are needed for a game of football. Get fresh fish from the beach stand and grill it at the barbecue area while the children watch satellite TV. The Park Umag campsite offers two pool complexes, one of which is new, with water attractions, slides and sprinklers for unforgettable fun for the whole family! Pitches are neat, on well-kept soft grass, some with natural shade. The campsite itself is immaculate and well maintained, respecting the natural environment and doing its best to be green and sustainable. Most pitches have electricity and water hook-ups, while the ‘Luxury Mare’ seaside pitches even have their own barbecue and shower. Choose your pitch from the largest and those right by the sea, or pick a pitch in perfect shade closer to the kids' clubs and activity areas. Design your holiday exactly as you want it. At the mini-clubs, the little ones can keep themselves busy for hours drawing, singing and making new friends. Our staff will take care of them. Playgrounds are everywhere. The Camping Park offers a variety of activities every day. Take a bike ride or jog along the coastal path through the campsite. There are tennis courts on site, as well as a tennis school if you want to work on your slice. Play beach volleyball on soft sand; basketball, football and volleyball courts are also available. It's just as fun on the beach – you can go windsurfing, pedal boating, canoeing and much more. Bicycles are easy to rent using the automatic city bike and e-bike rental system. Did we mention how close Umag is? Hop on a bike and explore the area.Camping Park Umag is pet-friendly and pets are allowed on certain pitches in the areas marked on the map. Come and experience the perfect holiday!
