Personally, we missed having the option to go to a bar in the afternoon to have, say, an Aperol Spritz or a cup of coffee. We were able to find plenty of information about the campground and its amenities well in advance. Everything advertised was indeed there when we arrived, and we had a wonderful time there. We’d especially like to highlight how clean the entire facility is. Everything... is in excellent condition. There are plenty of dog waste bags, and the campsites, restrooms, and pool area are all very well maintained. There really isn’t much to complain about. We were a bit disappointed with the first site we were assigned. The tree there would have obstructed the roof and taken up quite a bit of space. You can really feel the attention to detail throughout the resort. The restrooms were always clean. The restaurant “Zur Quelle” was very good, though on the pricier side. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly.... An area with slightly more moderate prices would be a good idea. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. There’s a well-stocked store right on the grounds. Very appealing! Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely be back. The restroom facilities are very nicely designed; they have everything you need, and everything was always very clean.
We especially liked the pool, where you can relax wonderfully after a hike or bike ride.

The ventilation in the hallway leading to the men’s restrooms is inadequate. It smells terribly of feces. The bar staff was professionally unfriendly. Other employees... are much more welcoming. The ground is so hard that, among other things, the pan-head screws wouldn’t go in.
