We really enjoyed our vacation at your campground and felt completely at home there. Personally, I had some reservations because we had to book the spot in advance and couldn’t choose our own site. So it was a bit of a surprise for us. However, we were very pleasantly... surprised and overjoyed to have been assigned such a beautiful spot. After just a short time at the campground, we realized that it’s truly beautifully situated and designed, and that our worries were unfounded. The service was top-notch. I’d especially like to highlight the cleaning staff, though. They do a very good job. My highest respect and a big thank you.
I do have one comment: I noticed that during peak times (mornings and evenings), one restroom building with 8 showers isn’t enough. This often leads to lines forming in front of the shower facilities.
I can’t even imagine what it’s like during peak season.
That aside, we’d come back anytime. We had a wonderful time and would have loved to stay longer if our daily lives hadn’t been calling us back so urgently.

As soon as you arrive, you’re greeted warmly, and if it’s your first time there—like it was for us—you’re asked to walk the path to the campground first so you’ll know your way around later. In my opinion,... this is a good idea, because once you “get lost,” it might be difficult to turn around due to the terraced layout and the slope.
Once you arrive at your site, you’ll notice that each one is inspected and maintained after the previous camper leaves. They’re equipped with all the necessary hookups and practical amenities; ours even had a wastewater connection on both sides, so you can park facing either forward or backward. We highly recommend the sites with the terraces—the view is phenomenal.
The restroom facility offers everything you’d expect in this class and even has free dishwashers. It’s cleaned very frequently and was therefore always very clean.
The store is definitely worth mentioning—it has a good selection, fair prices, and a very nice layout. Every morning, there are fresh rolls available without needing to pre-order, and there’s a good variety.
Unfortunately, the restaurant is only open five evenings, and even then only during the summer season. We think that’s a shame—it could offer more. The food, however, is very tasty, even if it’s not exactly cheap. Right next door, there’s a pizza vending machine—we tried it, and it wasn’t bad at all...
There’s plenty to explore in the region, and public transportation is free with the guest card! The only thing is, the walk to the bus stop up on the main street will have you breaking a sweat right from the start :-) .

We were able to find plenty of information about the campground and its amenities well in advance. Everything advertised was indeed there when we arrived, and we had a wonderful time there. We’d especially like to highlight how clean the entire facility is. Everything... is in excellent condition. There are plenty of dog waste bags, and the campsites, restrooms, and pool area are all very well maintained. There really isn’t much to complain about. We were a bit disappointed with the first site we were assigned. The tree there would have obstructed the roof and taken up quite a bit of space. You can really feel the attention to detail throughout the resort. The restrooms were always clean. The restaurant “Zur Quelle” was very good, though on the pricier side. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly.... An area with slightly more moderate prices would be a good idea. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. There’s a well-stocked store right on the grounds. Very appealing! Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely be back. The restroom facilities are very nicely designed; they have everything you need, and everything was always very clean.
We especially liked the pool, where you can relax wonderfully after a hike or bike ride.
