I've never seen a worse campsite. Filthy sanitary facilities (toilets back up into showers, no garbage cans, disgusting sinks, no light in showers). 1h30 walk from downtown La Ciotat, and 1h from the TER train station. Very few shuttles to downtown or the beach. The campsite is invaded by the music of... karoaké, fitness and other activities. The icing on the cake. The campsite is on the edge of an extremely busy main road, day and night. We were given a pitch 4 m from the road, separated from it by a simple fence. Not only could we not sleep a wink for two nights, but we were afraid that a vehicle might run off the road. 200 m away is the TER line, which runs even at night. We had booked a whole week's stay and left after two days, without being reimbursed. Despite our attempts and letters, the refund was refused. We therefore paid for two different campsites for the same week's vacation, but our safety and peace of mind were at stake.
