That was a huge stroke of luck, because we were very happy with the peace and quiet! The meadow had a wonderful view of a natural meadow and the... lake, was very close to the sanitary facilities (which were hardly used and super clean/maintained).
The permanent campers we met were also totally friendly. This part of the site is more reminiscent of a lovely commune than a campsite.
The only downside (for us) was that we didn't have enough food with us and there were hardly any shopping facilities on site. You can't do much without a car.
