Very shady site with large pitches. It's right on the River Lot and that's the great thing about this site. The river is very low, you can walk through it or even swim or fish in a hollow. The water is crystal clear and very warm in midsummer. Otherwise, the site has a small swimming pool with slides,... but is completely overcrowded in August. The pool was not heated and it took some effort to get in properly. The sanitary facilities can be described as basic, but despite being almost 100% full, they were always clean. The journey from the highway to the site is very time-consuming and tedious (small, narrow and very winding road). The main sights (Tarnschlucht etc.) are all a little way away and very time-consuming to reach. The campsite is under Dutch management, the guests are mainly from Holland and France.
