Sanitary facilities Pitches in general
Everything pretty tight
Restaurant on site is great, food is very tasty. Selection in the store is fine.

Internet connection very poor, WLAN and mobile data.

Sanitary facilities were cleaned in the morning, which was sometimes too little (but was also due to the fellow campers).

Pitches and the access roads to them are very... narrow, there are trees in the access roads to the pitches, a lot of maneuvering is required.

Lots of dogs doing their business everywhere. Every day there was an announcement that the dogs' droppings should be disposed of.

Loud music and bawling from the neighboring campsite or beach at night.

Beach promenade is always crowded. Pedestrians are annoyed by cyclists, cyclists are annoyed by pedestrians.

All in all, we won't be coming back.

Places too narrow. Far too many dogs!
Terrible
You don't need to come here with a large caravan and trailer. The pitches, paths and plots are so narrow that there is hardly any room to maneuver, especially as there is at least one tree in the middle of the pitches.

Washing lines are hung up everywhere between the trees. With all the laundry (it's... a mystery to me why), you feel like you're in a refugee camp.

You're so close to your neighbor that you can see everything....

But the worst thing is all the dogs in the squares. Unfortunately, the trend is towards two or more dogs. There is endless barking, barking and peeing everywhere. Impossible, even though there is a dog exercise area. No, they also have to go everywhere on the beach and in the lake, so that you can hardly stay there. Anyone who lets small children crawl there - thank you.
We spent time at the pool, the complex is very nice. You always get a sun lounger - because dogs are not allowed there.
No, I'm not a dog hater, I rather feel sorry for the animals that they have to go on vacation in tin cans in these temperatures.
It's down to the stubbornness of the dog owners.

The restaurant at the swimming pool is very good, friendly staff.

There is a small store that offers a lot, even camping items. Delicious bread rolls.

Sanitary facilities are ok, although I had my difficulties with the cinema chair toilet seat.

The promenade between the square and the beach is crowded. Pedestrians are annoyed by the cyclists, the cyclists by the pedestrians.
The paths to Garda and Bardolino are not far, they are beautiful little towns. Unfortunately, of course, everything is full of tourists - including us.

People go south for the beautiful, warm evenings, but we won't be coming back to this place.

Well-kept place, clean, directly on the lake, yet quiet

Sloping/sloping, small plots
Directly on the lake and quite ok
The pitches are quite narrow and quite steep, my driveway wedges were not enough. Otherwise the site is well maintained. It's easy to get to the lake through a gate at the end of the site and from there it's a 10-minute walk to Bardolino. There was also a swimming pool which I didn't use and a mini kiosk. Check in was very friendly. Overall, I could have stayed there longer.

High hedge blocks the view of the lake in the front row.
Beautiful place right on the lake
Nice, simple campsite separated from the lake only by the promenade. We had two pitches right in the front row. Unfortunately the hedges are so high that you have no view of the lake when sitting. The sanitary facilities were clean, the store had the essentials, but the supermarket was easily accessible... by bike. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You can walk to the center of Bardolino in 10 minutes. For us, Lake Garda is always the start of the camping season, usually for a long weekend. This campsite is highly recommended for this.

Top location directly on the lake
We stayed at this campsite for 4 nights at the beginning of October. After three cancellations from other campsites, we managed to get one of the last free pitches here without a reservation. Small pitches, narrow access roads, only accessible from one side in the middle section. We had to walk/drive... across the neighboring pitch to get out at all. Sanitary facilities always clean. Pool area already closed. The doors to the beach can be opened with a chip card. 15 minutes walk to the center of Bardolino.

Parking spaces too narrow, too loud on the street
Location top - places too narrow
We were passing through with our motorhome and spent 2 nights on the site. We hadn't booked anything and were given a choice of 3 pitches. Unfortunately, the first pitch was too narrow for us. We had no chance of getting onto the narrow pitches near the lake with our 7m motorhome. So unfortunately we... had to take one of the empty pitches in the upper part of the campsite. The pitch was bigger, but unfortunately you could hardly sleep because the road was so loud. In addition, the garbage containers were nearby and at 7.30am the trucks came to empty them and we were in bed. The sanitary facilities were clean, but some were very old. With swinging doors that are a bit difficult for children to use. Pool is great and quite new. The store is a bit small and very expensive. Highlight is the location of the CAmping place directly on the lake. Using a map you could open the door to the lake. (the place has a fence to the beach path and is therefore safe). 10 min. to Bardolino, great for shopping and FLanieren ... There is a restaurant, but we didn't try it. In retrospect: value for money - well...not very balanced.

Positively surprised
Clean, renovated sanitary area, large pitch, short distances to the beach and pool. We were lucky, others, small buses and tents, have to walk/drive to the paths via the neighboring pitch. New, very well-kept pool cannot be used as the water is only 10 degrees. But the loungers are free and invite you... to sunbathe. Restaurant was always busy in the evening, we preferred to go to Bardolino (10 min. walk). The price/performance ratio of the campsite is good.

Mediocre campsite
The place leaves a lot to be desired. Pitches too small, 4 on 200 square meters. The middle pitches are dependent on their neighbors. Sanitary facilities leave much to be desired in terms of cleanliness. Price is too high for what is on offer. The site cannot be recommended with a clear conscience.

Very small pitches, everything very narrow. Much too expensive.
Only the pool area and the beach are nice
I rate the new pool complex as very good. The beach is also clean and quite long and shallow. Therefore well suited for children. Otherwise: very narrow access roads to the mini pitches. Not suitable for "thick ships" over 8 m! Sanitary facilities simple but satisfactory. They are cleaned regularly.... The mini-market leaves a lot to be desired and that in the main season. Only the essentials. But the villages are easy to reach via the cycle path. Not recommended for those seeking peace and quiet. Especially the animation program in the evening by the NAchbar-Camping very loud and late into the night. But I have the impression that this is the case at almost all campsites on Lake Garda. We didn't find any 4* anywhere, only the prices are all at a high level!

Small place quite okay
Narrow down rather quiet place. Some dogs. Clean, brand new, modern pool. Noisy up by the road, permanent campers also had to dismantle their facilities there due to the change in the law. WC: noisy, dangerous swinging doors and soon dirty despite cleaning. Renovation is urgently needed here. Fine promenade... on foot or by bike not far from Bardolino or Garda or boat landing stage. Very shallow water in the bay. Good restaurant on site, adequate store

Sufficient for a short stay
We used this site in June 2016 for an overnight stopover. The pitches vary in size and can be chosen freely. Some of the pitches are in the second row and can only be reached via other pitches. We found the sanitary facilities to be sufficiently large and clean. Despite the high occupancy rate, there... were no waiting times. The beautiful pool area seems to be quite new and offers lots of play opportunities for children. The campsite is located directly on the promenade and Bardolino can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

Narrow paths and cramped parking spaces
All in all, quite ok
The site is very cramped, paths and access roads, and most of the pitches cannot be used or can only be used to a limited extent for vehicles over 7 m in length. The traffic noise in the upper half of the site is very annoying. The toilet facilities and showers were cleaned daily, but some of them were... quickly soiled again by users. In the facility we used, hot water was rather a stroke of luck. The reception staff were very nice and always helpful.

Access roads sometimes very narrow. You should be well practiced if the vehicle or trailer is a larger one.
OK for transit or short stay
We were passing through and had already chosen this site in advance for our overnight stay. We hadn't made a reservation, but we still got a pitch in the 3rd row with a great view of the lake, as it was terraced. Sanitary facilities were adequate, not the most modern, but clean. The pool was under construction.... We didn't use the pebble beach as it was raining. But it made a well-kept impression. A footpath/cycle path led directly from the campsite to the promenade in Bardolino. A comfortable walk of around 10-15 minutes. The vehicle was a Citroën Globus with 5.90m and it was sometimes very narrow on the paths to the assigned parking space.
