Perfil

We are a Dutch family with 7 home-schooled kids, living in South of France for 7 years now. We own an organic farm and live a simple life with our animals, according to the seasons. We have a small campsite … (6 equiped tents to rent during summer) and we offer our gîtes and châlet "à la ferme" during the whole year. Our property is located in the Pyrenées montains, in a remote and peacefull place (no mobile phone service!). A calm river runs alongside the Mas and it is possible to go for a swin in its natural pools; go hiking (GR10 a few meters away); riding on our sweet horses or just relax in a hamac in the shadow of the trees. In the evening you can join us for a home-cooked vegetarian dinner around the campfire. And if you have a special diet, don't hesitate to let us know before midday and we will adapt our menu! At night you can watch the stars as we have no light pollution in the area. A few kilometers down in the valley, you can visit Amélie-les-Bains and its thermal bath; Ceret and its wonderful museum. And further away (45km) is the seaside of the Mediterrannean sea with wonderful cities like Collioure or Banyuls. We welcome tourists, travelers and helpers from all over the world, we speak Dutch, English, some German and French.
