We spent 10 days at this campsite in 2018, which is one of the smaller campsites of its kind. Giovanni and his team do a great job here every day. Whether at reception, in the kiosk or in the restaurant, you always receive a friendly welcome. They speak German and are always helpful. In the kiosk you... can buy bread rolls and a few basic groceries for breakfast in the morning. You can also have an Italian breakfast here 😀. The food in the restaurant is typical of the region and tastes excellent. What's more, the prices are more than fair. Occasionally there are organized dinners with live music in the evening. The volume is always kept within limits and is by no means disturbing. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach (both paid and free), which is really beautiful. There is also a beach bar there. It's just as quick to get to the town itself, where there is a small supermarket, stores, bars and restaurants. There is a EuroSpin and a Conad just a few minutes' drive away, so you can also stock up on groceries. Food is offered here at fair prices. A small vegetable market is held twice a week on the campsite. Here too, good quality is offered at fair prices. Now two things that are perhaps not so nice. 1. the access roads, which are always parked up on both sides (although this is not the campsite's fault). My caravan is 2.10 m wide and so it was more than narrow and tight in one place or another (but still doable) and 2. the really small pitches. When the caravan and tent were on our allocated pitch, there was neither really room for the car nor for a table and chairs to sit outside. We were spontaneously given another pitch at no extra charge. The sanitary facilities are a bit older but very well maintained and very clean. They are cleaned all day long. Each shower has a washbasin, hooks for towels and a mirror and is big enough. I can only recommend this site, it offers peace and quiet and yet Italian flair and liveliness.

Condition clean staff top and courteous. Restaurant good. Will be back next summer but with advance reservation.
