The pitches are stated to be larger than they are. The prices are completely exaggerated.
The wolf in sheep's clothing
We stayed with friends at Waldcamping Erzgebirge Amtsberg in July 2025. We were welcomed by the operator during the lunch break. After less than 10 minutes she complained to us as if we had known each other for years. We chose pitch no. 51. This pitch is listed as a maxi pitch with 200 square meters,... for whatever reason? None of us could explain the price list in detail. The flyers were reprinted but the old pictures were used. When we received the bill, we were shocked. The operators charged €37.00 per day for pitch no. 51, €10 per person and 17 kWh of electricity. We had to pay € 250.00 for 4 nights with electricity. As a token of appreciation, the loose dog did its business next to the caravan. It is still a mystery how we were able to use 17 kWh of electricity in 4 days with a small fridge. We will never use this campsite again or recommend it to others.

Child-free, not hostile to children. Pitches bordered by hedges, view to neighbors thus restricted, some pitches with their own fixed barbecue and fire extinguisher. Very quiet. For leisure activities see below. WE will be back to relax and enjoy this wonderful spot of peaceful countryside. To the operators: hang in there! And to the parents: not only produce, but also have the balls to educate your children and not leave them to their own devices. If you can't or don't want to do that, then use contraception.

Versatile spots in/near the forest and free on the meadow. No lighting to obscure the view of the night sky.
Negatywne
A slight noise from the main road can be heard from time to time.

The seats are very nicely separated.

The couple help where they can.
