You will find Molecaten Recreation Park 'Rondeweibos' in a magnificent dune area, with a unique flora and fauna, immediately behind the North Sea's sandy beach. Rondeweibos is an attractive and pleasant holiday park for all the family. A footpath leading … along some small lakes and shifting dunes takes you in just a couple of minutes to the vast sandy beach. During this short walk you may even come face to face with deer or herons. Spoonbills can often be spotted at Quackjeswater nature reserve and 'Breede Water' (wide water) is the breeding place of one of the largest cormorant colonies in The Netherlands. No one needs to get bored at Rondeweibos Recreation Park, not for a moment! There are for instance sports fields, tennis courts, a very large playground and a heated outdoor pool. Rockanje, a favourite seaside resort, is only at about 2 kilometres distance. Besides, riding, (sea) angling, and (wind) surfing, you can also cycle or walk one of the many beautiful nature trails in, for instance, Voornes Duin (the dunes of Voorne).
