We have read your comment, the second one in fact. We expected it, since you expressed your dissatisfaction by shouting at reception, which doesn't make it easy to talk to you.

You mention noise pollution linked to an American festival in the region. On this occasion, the opening of... the gate was exceptionally extended until midnight to facilitate access for participants, with a security guard present throughout the weekend. No inappropriate behavior or "running" around the campsite was observed or reported by other holidaymakers. As for your neighbors, if their behavior really bothered you, you could have informed the reception or the security guard, which was never done.

We understand that the atmosphere this week did not meet your expectations. However, this does not mean that our campsite does not deserve its stars. Our teams work hard every day to provide a pleasant, organized and safe environment for all our guests.

Regarding the size of the pitches, our campsite is designed to offer everyone a space that is both private and friendly in the heart of nature. The shade... provided by our trees is generally appreciated, especially in summer.

As for the showers, we will check the hot water system to ensure the comfort of all our guests.

The plumbing was far below standard. The toilet building was cleaned 2 times a day but there was nothing of this. Also the showers were much too hot

A large, varied area with something for every taste. A spacious pool area with indoor and outdoor pool. The good location of the campsite for excursions and relaxation. Quiet at night, no big parties, no disco. The friendly and competent service at reception. Bicycle rental, delicious baguettes and croissants.

The sanitary facilities urgently need cleaning! They are checked twice a day and the toilets are wiped down but not cleaned all around. Dirty floor, cobwebs and and and.... If you have the opportunity to book a pitch with a private bathroom, you should do it!!!

Location was great. Lovely reception staff.

Maintenance staff should drive more slowly around the site. A leaflet of rules would be good to encourage parents to watch their children more carefully; small children were cycling fast around the site while we were trying to reverse our car. Parents had no control. Shame the bar wasn’t open on our stay. Just a couple of changes would improve the site immensely. Would have been nice to have fresh bread ordering.

Dear holidaymaker,

We have read your review carefully and would like to clarify a few points.

The price for your 2-night stay was €34 per night for a pitch with electricity. Additional charges were applied based on the number of peolple (two adults and four children over the age of 5), the cancellation... insurance you selected during the online booking process, and the tourist tax. The total amount was therefore fully in line with the services booked.

Regarding the ground conditions, we recognise that the heavy rain of the last few days has made some pitches soggy. We are counting on the return of the sun to help the terrain to return to its usual state.

If you had experienced an electrical problem, we would have been able to intervene or offer you an alternative solution, but you still need to inform us on site.

Finally, our snack bar is indeed closed during the low season, but the inn located just opposite the campsite offers an option that is appreciated by many customers.

We hope you'll give us a second chance to welcome you, in better weather conditions.

Very clean sanitary facilities, great swimming pool that is also open late (9 pm) so that you can relax again after a long drive or excursions, snacks inexpensive and good, very good pizza, nice central covered meeting point with bar, library, games collection, ideal for campers when it rains

Very nice family-run CP, large pitches, very friendly
Highly recommended: very large pitches, sunny or shaded, clean sanitary facilities, friendly operators, you can cycle into the city center and also to Villandry Castle.... Of course also to many other castles of the Loire. Quiet location in a residential area, supermarket can be reached by bike.
