"Badest experience - booked at 20:00 o’clock. at 23:00 we needed to leave due to private matters. we were told that we could not get a refund of the remaining 2 days as we have booked for 3 days before the mamanger would come. the manager showed up at 08:30 this morning and said no to make the refund. we will never visit this place with this hospitality again.

"Never again !!!!! - Never again, On July 14 we arrived at , what we thought, camping but quickly got the name "Parking" We have been to Italy on vacation several times in the past, knowing that their pitches are not too big, but when the manager assigned our pitch, we did not know what we saw, It was an open space ,at the reception, next to the entrance at the barriers, which I think used to be a parking lot, which they have converted into 9 pitches with hard ground, equipped with a sink, which you first had to clean yourself of branches and needles from the trees, at one the drain was completely loose, but that was repaired by the handyman. 9 pitches, where you stand less than a meter from each other, in other words, your neighbor can see what's on your plate, placing an awning is very tight, nothing private, When we after a lot of mover something or so on our assigned place stood, we went to check in. We had booked for 18 nights in December 2018 and paid a deposit of 250 euros, this for 3 pers and a dog. In extremis our son ( 21 years old ) decided not to go with us after all, and because of this we had also left our little dog with him , as it suffered quite a bit from the heat last summer. What do you guess....we immediately had to pay the rest of our full stay of 18 nights, including the son and the dog who were not with us ( 240 euros which after much discussion was brought down to 120 euros ) If we did not agree we should just leave said the manager, but stood with our backs against the wall, had already paid 250 euros in advance and he had our passports. Our 2 Dutch neighbors also had to pay their entire stay immediately, otherwise they would have left after a few days as well, but had no choice but to stay, thickly against their will. Then our stay, every night noise of the outgoing youth who had to pass our caravan to enter the campsite through the barriers, every day music animation from 21h to 24h which was quite loud, since this was at 50 m from our pitch, every day from 6h several garbage carts that came to empty the waste containers, which are also along the barriers. In other words, not a single night could sleep through Sanitary was clean but only 2 toilets and no urinals for the men, on the site of Acsi says that bread could be obtained, but unfortunately not true, 5 min walk you have a store where you can buy bread. Summary: camping consists of 80% permanent guests, is nice for if you go camping with the tent, these have nice places upstairs, restaurant is nice and well cared for, swimming pool is ok, but also next to that same highway, For tow caravans not suitable for long stays, and is definitely not worth 3 stars.

"Relax near the highway - The campsite is just a few minutes from the Sestri highway exit (petrol station and supermarket on the way). The campsite is a complex with many tastefully designed chalet-style permanent campers' cottages. There is a small meadow for campers right next to the barrier. If you have a small camper van, there is also space on plots between the "chalets" (gravel ground). It was very quiet there. We received a very friendly welcome. The lady at reception also spoke perfect English. She also introduced us to the leisure activities in the area (beach approx. 25 min walk, Sestri-Levante approx. 45 min, public bus available, both also possible by bike). There was no restaurant on the square, but the recommendation of a restaurant was good. I was immediately impressed by the sanitary facilities (inside). Modern and clean. To put it bluntly: the lady with the cleaning kettle seemed to appear with the necessary cadence. Not so much the man with the screwdriver. A great toilet with an infrared sensor for flushing is - if the latter doesn't work - just crap...

Tigullio Camping & Resort is a 4 star oasis in Sestri Levante, well situated for visiting the Cinque Terre, Portofino and Genoa. The site has pitches for campers, caravans and tents. Newly built bungalow can accomodate up to 6 people …and offer a range of commodities. The 25-meter pool offers guests a unique relaxation and the possibility of fitness activities in the water. Many services are available like Restaurant - Pizzeria, the shuttle service to the beach (1 km) and the entertainment team in July and August. The station of the train station to the Cinque Terre is only 700 meters and the bus stop to the center of Sestri Levante, just 50 meters from the entrance.
