"The worst experience - The space is calm and peaceful but everything else is very bad, the staff welcome you as if you were at home, they forget that a park is a public place Poor service, most of the information is in English, in addition the arrogance, pedantry and chauvinism is very present in the way they welcome you and how they act, they almost manage to recreate a prison camp in the middle of the 21st century. An experience to forget. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR THE WORST OF ENEMIES

"Peace and scenery - A park for those who want peace and quiet. In our case, it was in a central location for the walks we had planned and at night it was absolutely quiet. It's a little out of the way, which is ideal for those who want to disconnect from everyday life, but if you don't want to travel many kilometers it's best to be prepared with supplies. The owner may not be very friendly at first, but he is very attentive and helpful, as is his wife.

"Reasonably good. - I liked the stay, the park is calm, the only thing I didn't like was having to leave until 12pm, the park wasn't crowded, I asked until what time I could stay and they said until 12pm, if not I had to pay 50% more, I entered at 7pm on Saturday and had to leave until 12pm on Sunday, I wasn't even in the park for 24 hours, if it were any other kind of park, I'd understand the situation, but not there. As a rule, in other parks you can stay until 5pm. Apart from that little "incident", I liked it and it's a nice place. I recommend it to anyone who wants to rest for a few days in the middle of nature.

"Familiar, good campsite in beautiful surroundings away from traffic and hustle and bustle - Beautifully landscaped site among olive trees. Somewhat secluded location above the largest European reservoir (500 m). The access road is not asphalted on the last section and is somewhat bumpy. The pitches for caravans/mobile homes are large, terraced and usually easy to access. Mostly with little shade. Due to the layout, it may still be difficult to pitch an awning on some pitches. Part of the pitch is designed for travelers with tents. There is usually plenty of shade there. This area is laid out in narrow terraces. The sanitary facilities are rustic, functional and in good condition. The number of shower cubicles (3 each), washbasins and toilets (2|3 each) is perhaps a little short when the campsite is well occupied. The dishwashing facilities are in need of renewal. Wi-Fi is only available at reception and could be a bit more powerful. The host family takes great care of their guests. We received a very friendly welcome, had good advice and pleasant conversation partners. The weekly communal dinner (with reservation) should not be missed. There are no supplies within easy reach. Bread rolls are available to order. The requests were even taken directly at the pitch and the delivery was made directly to the pitch! The area around the campsite is very scenic. The reservoir contributes a lot to this. There are many places of interest in the surrounding area - villages, small towns, cultural monuments - and good wines. We had a really pleasant and good time on the site, which was only sparsely occupied during our stay.

"Camping Rosario - Little shade to be found. Fine swimming pool. Private tour to the marble mines to arrange. Please coordinate in advance about costs. Facilities are good and clean. Price per night about € 25 including electricity.

" - Beautiful and clean surroundings, extremely quiet, good for resting, at night there were only owls and owls, excellent sanitary conditions, good swimming pool, with Internet, good service and the lights don't go out at midnight :-), or if not, to do any kind of shopping you have to travel at least 13km, I highly recommend it for those who want to rest.......

Coming from Spain Leave the motorway A6 at exit 12 (Elvas Este). …Continue towards the town and at the 7th roundabout, take the exit marked 'Espanha' (so in fact going back on yourself). Then immediately turn the 1st right in the direction of Juromenha and Alandroal. Continue straight for another 4 roundabouts and onto the N373 until the exit 'Rosário' after 30 kms Coming from Lisbon or the north If you are on the A6 take exit 8 (Borba), if on the N4, exit in the direction of Borba/Alandroal. Either way, you are now on the N255. Continue until Alandroal. Don't go into town (!) but continue until you find a sign directing you to Elvas and Juromenha via the N373. Exit after 1.5 km.* Coming from the south From Évora and Redondo via the N255 or from Reguengos via the N254, when in Alandroal follow directions towards Elvas and Juromenha via the N373. You will find the exit 'Rosário' after about 1.5 km.* *Then follow the signs with a red caravan and a blue arrow along the road for another 13 kms. Once in Rosário also follow signs in the direction of Ferreira/Montejuntos.
