"Campsite to review - Camping "Le riou la selle" 07320 Saint Agréve (Ardèche) - As soon as we arrived, we were charged for the entire stay (10 days, as soon as we felt like leaving earlier for climatic reasons) even before we had seen the pitch. - Some plots are not suitable for camping tents (sloping ground, not specified on the booking site). - On leaving the campsite, direct view of the garbage cans (8 containers, some of which are borderline (Aspect). - Unkempt paths (weeds). - Missing toilet top on one WC - Over the past 10 days (two afternoons with the hum of the lawnmower). Where is the haven of peace so aptly described on the site's home page. - Hedges not trimmed to height. Doesn't care about campers: The evening of a storm, our tent began to flood. I went to find the campsite owner at around 10pm to make a trench and drain off some of the water that had invaded us ( The day after the storm, no one bothered to come and see us to check up on us. - I rented a tent for the night from Sunday to Monday (which allowed me to fold my canvas quietly on Sunday) - They charged my pitch, which was fine until Monday, and the tent rental (30€) Let's talk about this rental: - Unsanitary and damp tent covered with a tarpaulin! - Torn and damp comforter - damp mattress - traces of mildew on the micron wave (inside and outside). - I'm not even going to mention the dishes (all the containers had water and gnats) - Campsite table out of order - Moldy seat - Flies and spiders under the dome. In short, it's a disgrace to rent this for 30€ a night. Camping doesn't deserve 3 stars at all. The owners are more concerned about the profitability of their land than service to campers.
