Manette gives you a very friendly welcome and has an answer to almost every question. A farmer's place, as is usual in Romania. The children's concept with its own play hut is thanks to the operator's profession (village teacher). As a starting point to Sibiu (40 km, 30 minutes... driving time), Brasov (95 km, 1.15h driving time) and the Fagaras route is 3 km away. Bread and groceries are available 2 minutes from the campsite at the bakery and every evening you can admire the farmer next door with his horses and sheep. He also likes to come to the fence for a chat.
The site is often used by motorcyclists who camp on the first meadow and can use a very large new shelter for cooking and chatting.
Now the small ambivalent impression:
The sanitary facilities have come into the 24 years of the place. The idea of toilets being used by both sexes is suboptimal because the men lack a urinal and unfortunately often do their business standing up, which unfortunately leaves marks on the ceramic.
Despite daily cleaning, the structure has reached its limits by the evening at the latest.

The large garden provided plenty of space to pitch the tent so that we would not disturb each other. The children appreciated the games room. The kitchen equipped with a fridge on hot days also came in handy. The toilets and showers were kept clean. Practical space for washing dishes. It would be a good starting point for the Transfogaras High Road or the Brancuveanu Monastery in Sambata. Kerz boasts the ruins of a large Cistercian monastery.\_The site offers plenty of pitches for mobile homes, caravans and tents. Only the sanitary facilities are not up to scratch.... Unlockable showers and toilets, which are far too few in relation to the number of pitches. It doesn't help that they are always kept clean. There is a lot of catching up to do! A kitchen for the campers. The single dishwashing sink in it must also be sufficient for the entire pitch (Womo, caravan). The outlet for the chemical toilets is "adventurous".\_The site would probably have a good future. The grounds are not too big, but spacy, there are several shaded places. Decorations and Buildings are beautiful and you can use a fridge, stove and grill. Everything was clean, if the site is full you may have to wait at the showers and toilets.
