Simple and tidy campsite on a beautiful small lake. The grocery store and snack bar/restaurant are quite good: inexpensive and good. Price for one person with tent and bike: € 8.00.

Really a great place. It's right on the Etang de la Bonde (a nice, clean, large lake where I went swimming every day). Despite my lack of knowledge of French, I got by fine with English. The pitches were suitable for car, tent and camping table and nicely situated under trees, so that the sun didn't... heat up the tent unnecessarily. The nights were nice and quiet. (I hardly heard anything from the little road 50m away and I am very sensitive to hearing!) The water in the showers was always at a pleasantly warm temperature, but could not be mixed. (Unfortunately, I don't know whether this is also regularly flushed with really hot water because of legionella). There's also a nice corner store at reception and a delicious snack bar by the lake. I stayed there for five nights and paid a total of 50 euros with my tent and car (but without electricity). A very fair price!
