Connection to the public transport network only at Blarney Castle (approx. 3-4 km, downhill).Very beautifully situated and well-kept place, suitable for visits to CorkBeautifully situated and well-kept site on a hill. Pitches are gravelled and therefore also suitable for heavy camper vans. Extremely friendly hosts. The condition of the sanitary facilities is average, but the facilities are very clean. The site is located under the approach/departure flight from Cork,... so depending on the wind direction, the 'noise' of approaching or departing aircraft is to be expected from time to time. The site is a little out of the way. A vehicle is required to get to the nearest bus station at Blarney Castle as the site is a little higher than Blarney Castle.
