"Winter vacation - We were from 29.1. to 6.2.2035 in a hut on the campsite campsite and it was great again and we felt very comfortable. We had plenty of snow and bright sunshine, it couldn't have been better, we even had a visit from a moose!!!! We will be back in the summer for the 4th time and are already looking forward to it. "Fantastic place for families too! - A campsite that can absolutely be recommended. We were there with 3 children, 15,13,10, in August. We were warmly welcomed and every little problem, every question could be solved or answered in German (operators are German-speaking), which is absolutely positive to emphasize, as it was our first time in Sweden. We would love to come back.

"Relaxed, spacious. Perfect for relaxing and resting. , - The site is in a very quiet, relaxed location surrounded by greenery by the river. The pitches are quite large and some have fire pits. We were able to choose one of the free pitches at check-in. German operators, nice and friendly. There is a small playground and a few small huts scattered around the site. A small sanitary building. Was always clean. There is a small room with two showers, two toilets and washbasins. The showers only have a curtain, there is no storage space for clothes. If you don't want to change in the wet shower, you have to stand in the middle of the room in front of the toilet. There was no privacy and it quickly got cold as guests kept coming in to use the toilet, brush their teeth etc. The location by the river is great but not so nice for swimming. You can go for a good walk from the campsite, which is also very practical with a dog. One morning we were woken up at 5.00 am by the loud trumpeting of the cranes, which made their walk over the place. You don't often experience that. Otherwise the area is very quiet, if you want peace and quiet, relaxation and nothing to do, you are in good hands here.

"Great place right on the Klarälven - Very well-kept, spacious site on the Klarälven with an older service building but very clean! Nice operator couple who are available with help and advice (I had to change a tire and immediately got help and tools!). Wonderful hiking trails, ideal for families with children, swimming in the river is a dream! And then enjoy a piece of the delicious home-baked cake in the little café at the end. THIS IS VACATION!

"Fantastic place right on the riverbank - Spacious campsite without parceled-out pitches. Ideal for excursions into nature and relaxation. The site is run by friendly German expats. The café serves delicious homemade cakes and tarts. The sanitary facilities are simple and clean. The coveted pitches right by the river should be booked well in advance.

"A beautiful place - A riverside site offering plenty of space and peace and quiet. No separate pitches but lots of free space. Small café with homemade cakes. We always feel very comfortable there.

Profil

The campsite is uniquely located on the sunny side of the river and provides opportunities for swimming, walking on the beautifully landscaped trails in the wooded, mountainous area and rafting and canoeing on the fantastic river Klarälven. Fishing licenses, which …apply not only to the Klarälven are available at the front desk. You can also get tips on whereabouts of the legendary, big old pike . You can rent canoes and can be brought up the river, then slowly flow down back to the campsite while you experience the Värmland nature around you. Or rent our bikes and explore the forest-rich region on two wheels. Well-marked hiking trails lead through quaint, wooded countryside, past rushing streams and deep canyons. Collect blueberries, mushrooms and cranberries directly off the field. At our reception we offer you fresh and home-baked bread, and in the high season wonderful, home-baked cakes. In the sanitary facilities of the campsite you will find sufficient showers, toilets and a laundry room. In addition, we offer you also washing machines and ovens. Of course, the campside also has a sauna. Additional kitchens with hotplates and ovens are available.
