- 1.0FHFrank H.mai 20231.0FHFrank H.mai 2023Positive tingThe weather was great.Negative tingThe place is completely scrapped, untidy and unstructured. Electricity problems to boot. Dilapidated sanitary facilities, no privacy screen when showering. We left early because we just couldn't stand it. We have never experienced anything so unkempt in Germany.catastrophic, disorganized and bad placeDirectly on the Weser. Otherwise completely run down and unkempt. - 1.0JFJoachim F.august 20201.0JFJoachim F.august 2020Positive tingFriendly and friendly welcome. Our secluded pitch offered shade, sun and peace. Reasonably priced.Negative tingA very outdated place which has a lot of potential with more order and a clear structure. Payment required in advance on arrival.Beautiful, but shriveled placeWe were on the site from 07.8. to 10.8.2020 and found a place that used to be beautiful. Beautiful old trees with many shady places. In the part of the square towards the Weser a lot of sun. The sanitary facilities were outdated but also modern again, rain showers and automatic taps. Overall a place... between genius and junk room. Central pitches were blocked with parked tractors, rubber dinghies, straw bale storage in the large tent and old trailers. As a band was playing on Saturday, a makeshift stage with a tarpaulin roof was set up on an old trailer. Everything looked very improvised. The advertised times for using the sanitary facilities were also incomprehensible to us. In the ladies' toilet, the tap of the only washbasin could only be used if it was turned and held so that it could be used in the middle. And this was a hygiene deficiency in times of Corona. We ran out of toilet paper on Sunday and there was still no toilet paper in the men's toilet on Monday. We had a nice pitch on the western meadow where the grass was 20 cm thick and not mowed. Behind the main building there were various "smelting works" and an old lawnmower that had been in repair for some time. The path to our pitch was also paved with puddles after the overnight thunderstorm. Shoes could then be cleaned in the tall grass. With a little more effort and a clear structure, this site could be restored to its former charm and beauty.
Rating not comprehensible for us.Automatisk oversatt.Ingen campere har funnet denne evalueringen nyttig ennå. We were given a great welcome, the rooms were a bit small but still great. The pizza and the service was great and the waitress was just as nice as all the staff. Even the small breakfast was plentiful and good. I don't think this was our last visitAutomatisk oversatt.1 camper syntes denne evalueringen var nyttig.
- 5.0HFHeins F.juli 20185.0HFHeins F.juli 2018Positive tingVery quiet location. Directly on the water. Good price-performance ratio regarding fees and gastronomy. Very friendly and helpful.Negative tingThere was no free beerSimply beautifulWe stayed at the campsite as family tent campers. The site is quietly located on the outskirts of Hemeln directly on the Weser. Everything is just right here, price/performance, food and drink at reasonable prices. Very friendly staff, we felt very comfortable and will definitely be back. Our dog too, of course. Everything was very clean and well-kept and we would absolutely recommend it. - 1.0ZZZielinski Z.juli 20181.0ZZZielinski Z.juli 2018Positive tingPartly shaded by old treesNegative tingPoor price-performance ratio, only pizza in the restaurant, limited shopping facilities in townSmall, simple campsite on a busy roadThe site is located directly on a main road and not far from another busy thoroughfare. So there can be no question of pure tranquillity. The restaurant only seems to serve pizza. It may be good, but what do you do if you don't like pizza? The bread rolls are not a hit either, presumably prefabricated... buns. The site consists of the actual campsite and a simple meadow in front of it. To get from the meadow to the simply equipped sanitary facilities, you have to walk over a well-worn "staircase" made of individually laid and totally displaced paving slabs. This path is also unlit in the dark, so there is a clear risk of accidents. What use are planted paddle boats, for example, if you then break your bones on the "steps"? There is an urgent need for action here! The sanitary facilities are rather basic and certainly no longer meet today's standards. The disabled toilet, for example, is always locked, so you always have to ask for the key or search for it. The reason given by the operators is that "as the use of the shower is free of charge, there is a risk that one or two people will use it to shower for free". Even if everything else is supposedly problem-free and relaxed, the behavior here is very petty in my opinion. Moreover, given the level of fees charged, showers etc. should generally be free of charge. Then the annoying search for 50-cent coins would be a thing of the past. For the reasons mentioned, I think the price-performance ratio is rather unsatisfactory. We probably won't be coming back so soon, if at all. You can expect more for the money and is also offered at other places nearby on the Weser.Automatisk oversatt.1 camper syntes denne evalueringen var nyttig.

- 1.0KDKerstin D.juli 20181.0KDKerstin D.juli 2018Positive tingThe place is idyllically situated, pure relaxation!Negative tingCompany management not according to my ideas and experienceThanks for nothing! The place is idyllically situated far away from shopping facilities etc. The reception was very friendly. The sanitary facilities are rather basic and in my opinion no longer meet today's standards. Disabled toilet permanently locked. The bread rolls are simple baked rolls at 0.60€ each, you can eat... them, but I would have expected more. Very long walk to the water connection. The operator is very particular in his behavior towards guests. Invoices are only issued sporadically, price calculation partly questionable.Automatisk oversatt.Ingen campere har funnet denne evalueringen nyttig ennå. Bli den første!

Klaus M.august 20173.0Klaus M.august 2017Positive tingVery nice location on the WeserNegative tingContaminated sites in the overall impressionTidy accommodation on the Upper WeserIn our opinion, this beautifully situated site is overrated in the ADAC and here. The site certainly has potential for development and the friendly new operators are making a great effort. But the pitches and sanitary facilities are not up to date (despite the "wellness showers"). It is to be hoped that the improvements that have clearly been made will lead to success.Automatisk oversatt.Ingen campere har funnet denne evalueringen nyttig ennå. Very dog-friendly.Negative tingWe have searched and found no major disadvantagesWe'll be back.We spent four nights here in the "stress-free zone" (that's what the operator claims) with two dogs in July. And it's true. This is a stress-free zone. The site team does everything it can for a stress-free vacation. Free pitch holders. You can come whenever you want during the day. Dog-friendliness is a top priority. Good bread roll service. You can take the boat into the Weser directly from the campsite. Franziska S.juli 20175.0Franziska S.juli 2017Positive tingDirectly on the water. Beautiful landscape. Great staff.Negative tingYou have to go home again....Beautiful :-)Now 2 months later I would like to say something again. I think that the Lopez family and the rest of the gang ;-) have really achieved a lot in such a short time. Planted boats, a small pool and little imaginative wooden huts. Despite the fact that we were only there for the 2nd time, we were welcomed... like permanent guests. THANK YOU FOR THAT!!! We are looking forward to the next time - July. I was there for the first time, found it wonderful and am already looking forward to the next time. Everyone who works there is really friendly and helpful. And the food.... - 5.0WWWille W.mai 20175.0WWWille W.mai 2017Positive tingHonest camping and relaxation with a great, sympathetic, uncomplicated and friendly team, go there, it's worth it ;-))Negative tingThe only disadvantage for me would be if I went there and there was no space left :-((Forget the negative reviews before Oct. 2016, from then on NEW OPERATORS at the start!I have rarely felt as comfortable on a campsite as I do here. We were there twice with the former operators. The 1st time...still ok, the 2nd time it was clear, not to them anymore. Now, with the Lopes family, operators since Oct. 2016, service, customer satisfaction, good humor, spontaneity, good food,... helpfulness, and and and are suddenly in the foreground. They simply enjoy having satisfied guests and do everything they can to achieve this. Okay, fancy-pants, which I don't need and don't want either, doesn't exist here. Instead, they have a lot of legacy issues that they certainly don't know about and have to deal with. And they tackle it, really step on the gas. With humor and a good mood. People, just go and see for yourself. They deserve it. We'll definitely be going again. Best wishes from the long-haired bomber to Maria and her mother, to the Pimpf, the molehill planner and pizza box butterfly, the kitchen fairy and, of course, to the two other long-haired bombers.Automatisk oversatt.1 camper syntes denne evalueringen var nyttig.
