Positive ting
Good connection to cycling and hiking trails
Negative ting
Sanitary container
Space good sanitary well.
The site is flat and is located directly on the Werra and the town is within walking distance. In Creuzburg there are some shopping facilities and also a few restaurants.
The sanitary facilities were always clean but absolutely not up to date.

Service
The campground manager seems businesslike. When problems arise, he solves everything superbly. The Camping is a boon for relaxation and canoeing.

We used the site for overnight stays. It is simple but clean with a friendly groundsman. The sanitary containers are old but very clean.

Positive ting
Inexpensive, friendly, affordable for leisure time on and around the Werra.
Negative ting
none
Very simple, but good.
Simple meadow, very level with intact turf. Electricity available for approx. 10 Wowa/Womo. Sanitary facilities in improved construction containers, always clean and they fulfill their purpose. The site operators are also the operators of the nearby canoe base, so you have to report there if no one is... on the site. All the staff we met were super friendly and helpful. The Werra cycle path runs past the site, so it's an ideal starting point for canoeing and cycling tours on the Werra. Highly recommended for long weekends or a short vacation, reasonable price. Note: Navigation systems that are not quite up to date will reach their destination with "Bahnhofstraße 93".

Positive ting
Cheap and clean
Negative ting
No luxury
Small simple but ok
First impression was behavior. Simple meadow with a few sockets and a sanitary container groundsman had to be called. He then came within 3 minutes. Very friendly and helpful. We could then stand free and got our electricity. Everything was kept very simple but everything we needed was there. Sanitary building very simple but functional and clean. Rewe market 200m away. Ideal with dog and for bike tours. Werra 300m away. Good price

Overnight stay
The pitch makes a neat and tidy impression. During our visit in June 2017, it was only occupied by 2 caravans and 1 motorhome. The tent meadows are huge and offer enough space for larger youth groups, for example. It is frequented daily by cyclists passing through (Werra cycle path). The sanitary facilities... are all housed in wash containers. These are cleaned very thoroughly and meticulously twice a day and are also very clean, but -old and simple- remains -old and simple- (e.g. plastic shower curtains). The owner is very active, friendly and helpful. You can tell that he tries to make up for the modesty of his place with his personal commitment. For an overnight stay or a few days this place is quite suitable and ok. There is also a canoe center under the same owner just a few 100m away.
