Positive ting
The site is located in a wooded area not far from the village; good infrastructure; good place for visits to Frankfurt am Main, Darmstadt etc.; everything you need is available; very nice operator family
Negative ting
During heavy rain, small "lakes" form in some places
Optimal place, very nice owners
This was our second time at this campsite this year and we really enjoyed it. The host family are very nice and take good care of us. The site is predominantly for permanent campers. For guests who are passing through, there is a traffic circle in the middle so that you are not disturbed on arrival and... departure.
The sanitary facilities are clean and warm. In the high season there is an outdoor pool on site, as well as a kiosk with drinks and ice cream and a children's playground behind the sanitary building.
A large meadow for tents is a little out of the way so that larger groups are not disturbed.
The site as a whole has mature trees, which provide shade on hot days.
The site is centrally located and you can quickly reach the A3, A5 and A661 highways. Other activities can also be easily undertaken from the site (e.g. cycling tours). Flyers and information are available at reception.
There are many shopping facilities, restaurants and even a DIY store in the neighboring village. There are also several petrol stations nearby.
As Dreieich is in the catchment area of the Rhein-Main-Airport, there may be aircraft movements on some days, depending on the flight path, but these end at 11 pm due to the night flight ban. However, I don't see this as a disadvantage, as it is not the operator's fault.
Of course, if you're expecting a luxury pitch, you're in the wrong place here.
The campsite offers everything you need, is clean and is looked after, just as we old campers are used to. We always like to come back, even next year.

Positive ting
If the square were well maintained, it would be a beautiful place with trees and meadows
Negative ting
Poorly organized. Booking could not be found. Unclean and not well maintained. Sanitary dirty. Had to sleep in the tent meadow without water and WLAN but pay the full price. No concession from the groundskeeper. No service but collect money. Not recommended.
Terrible
Unfortunately a big disappointment. Not well maintained and not clean. The price is absolutely not justified.

Quiet campsite, quite busy with permanent campers. Easy to reach from the highway. Pool available for refreshment. Clean sanitary facilities, shower token 1.30 euros. Friendly owner. 15 minutes walk to the train to Frankfurt. However, mostly without footpath

Perfect cleanliness, essential (for the language) but correct reception, neat accommodations, excellent rate, good access to Frankfurt and natural and historical emergencies

Departure time (8:30 am) too late for long transfer/return routes (better 7:30 am)

Family-run campsite with a small kiosk

No restaurant on the square
Despite a very late arrival, we received a friendly welcome.
After my three-day visit, I can recommend the campsite without reservation. Super friendly staff, clean pitches that other campsites can take a leaf out of their book and, above all, fair prices. It's easy to arrive, feel at home and leave again.
