Great location directly on the Fulda and on a lake. Ideal for cycling tours or canoe trips.

It's a shame that the bike ferry is currently out of order, as this is a much nicer route to the south

Super location on the lake and in nature Very friendly staff

We spent a quiet and relaxing night there and the operators are super relaxed and nice! We arrived late and despite the fact that the kitchen was already closed we were well looked after with food and drink! Keep up the good work thank you very much we will be back!

Church bells at 8 in the morning 😂

I really liked the quiet area and the relaxed atmosphere at the campsite! I also found the owners of the campsite very friendly, open-minded and helpful!

None

Direct location on the water, beer garden, nice operators

none :)

Dog friendliness, hospitality, honesty

Weekend was too short again

Top location, great place, no fixed pitches, super nice operators

There are no disadvantages from my point of view, everything is made possible here.

Beautiful location, super nice operators, lovingly designed terrace, delicious food

The sanitary facilities were not quite ideal, the cubicles in the ladies' toilets were a bit cramped, open electrics and only a curtain in front of 2 showers, otherwise everything was very lovingly designed there too

Nice operators, beautiful nature, you can paddle and the beer is delicious, lots of sun and the birds chirping, bathing beach and lots of greenery, camping with a feel-good gate.

The road is already audible and a bit annoying against the train.

Uncomplicated check-in for paddlers, attentive, quick and attentive service even under high work pressure, beer well chilled, food fits, wonderful evening! Thank you! Yesterday's canoeists!

Everything ok

Clean place, gastronomy, clean sanitary facilities, beautifully situated on the Fulda

Too few toilets and showers

Hospitality, nature camping, view of the water

Nothing

Fabulously friendly people who work there, beautiful lake, family-friendly place, manageable campsite, clean facilities, delicious food in the restaurant, great atmosphere, delicious bread rolls with a huge selection

Perfect size Great lake Approach Surroundings

Simply nothing...

Nice staff, beautiful private bathing lake, good landing stage for canoes, legendary bakery within walking distance. Delicious burgers and drinks.

No shopping facilities / supermarket nearby.

idyllically situated on a small lake, Bread roll store just across the road

No own power socket, everything via 3 cable drums, then everyone can imagine what happens if one draws too much power, too few water stations, you have to walk some distance. However, this is all justifiable, even the spartan showers, 3 in number, but on the last evening we ate in the campsite's own restaurant, no menu, there were fried potatoes with schnitzel and egg with fried potatoes for 3 adults and 1 child, 1 beer 2 cola and 1 glass of wine, when I got the bill I soon fell off my chair, 68€ that's a rip-off for me! I was really angry afterwards.

Quiet location

Price-performance is not right at all, schnitzel was spicy and fried to death, lowest standard, high price, 4 large free-roaming dogs on the dining terrace constantly yapping, not possible. Shower-WC no chair, no soap, has sports home level of the 70s and for that 25€ /N. for Womo +2Pers. Never again, elsewhere you get much more standard for 10€ less. Pure rip-off!!!

Very good access, operator super nice, helpful and fun to have, sanitary facilities super clean, lots of peace and quiet, on one side flows the Fulda, on the other side is the site's own bathing lake. If you like simple camping, you've come to the right place

The new operator took over the course 2 months ago and some improvements still need to be made here and there as the course was not maintained.

Fantastically beautiful location. The Fulda for paddling, the lake for swimming, cycling and hiking trails..... something for everyone.

Nothing really ... The sanitary facilities are cozy and a bit outdated but clean. The operators have only recently taken over the site and will renovate as soon as possible.
