"A successful vacation on the farm - Good and inexpensive family-run campsite in a convenient location for hiking and cycling excursions. The site is very central to Jonsdorf, Oybin and Zittau. The farm store has everything you need for your daily needs. The sanitary buildings are simple but clean. The pitches are spacious and you have a beautiful view over the fields. We were very impressed and will certainly come back again.

"3rd attempt and direct hit! - We were looking for a place to stay in this region. Two "big" campsites didn't score at all; one had already fallen into disrepair in terms of sanitary facilities, even though it was only the end of August, and didn't seem very attractive to us overall, while the other made us feel sick when we looked at the waste disposal station. Our third attempt was the Sellhof. At the back of the large property, we found a large meadow with a wonderful view of the countryside and a fantastic spot for our camper van. We had a wonderfully relaxing time here for the 4 days we had left. Everything that is good for camping can be found here and much more besides: clean sanitary facilities, clean supply and disposal, bread roll service, a farm store with a sausage and ham that you are unlikely to find again so quickly (and all beef), not to mention the yoghurt, quark and many other delicious things, the tasty milk every morning from the fresh milk vending machine, everything totally delicious and appetizing. Of course, as city dwellers, we have a soft spot for agriculture, and so we got our money's worth with the smells and the cowsheds, the little pigs, goats and cats. The Trixi Park is just a stone's throw away, there are hiking trails in all directions, and the area is diverse and beautiful anyway. What thrilled us and we discovered bit by bit (because they were scattered all over the site) were the many play and romping opportunities for children. And because we really liked it all and the place with all the trimmings, we didn't hesitate to come back after just under 2 weeks, this time with the kids!

"really great! - lots to discover for the children you can go into the stables and stroke the animals always clean sanitary facilities busy tractor traffic great farm store you have to reckon with the flies in a cowshed ;-)

"Still shocked today!!! - I came across the farm and campsite in Waltersdorf-Saalendorf on the internet. As I happened to be in the area, I wanted to see for myself whether this would be our next vacation spot! I discarded this idea exactly 5 minutes after my arrival, because I did not park the car according to the owner's...or rather his son's ideas! The welcome was more than choleric and cheeky! I can't remember ever being insulted like I was yesterday morning!!! I didn't even get a chance to speak! I have no idea if this is the right way to attract guests! I for one will not be entering this campsite with my family. A pity really...because the area is really beautiful. But all good things are never together! I think somewhere else people are happier about vacationers!!!

"Vacation on the farm - We stayed at this site for seven nights, the reception was very friendly and uncomplicated, you simply choose the pitch yourself, the location of the site is very central, you can reach the towns of Jonsdorf, Waltersdorf and Großschönau in a few kilometers, the site is surrounded by many green meadows and is therefore very quiet, the campsite also has a small farm store which, in addition to milk from the milk filling station, also offers a considerable selection of food such as homemade quark, cream cheese, etc.,the sanitary facilities are in good order and were always clean.

"That's good... - We stayed at the campsite for four nights. The reception was very friendly and uncomplicated, and you can choose your own unparceled pitch. The location can be described as fantastic without exaggeration, the view from the pitch is very relaxing due to the greenery. Apart from milk, the small farm store offers a good selection of groceries, some of which are regional specialties. The nearest shops are only a few kilometers away. You can certainly hear the movement of agricultural machinery during the day, but it's not really disturbing. You know where you are. Apart from that, it's wonderfully quiet. The sanitary facilities are fine and always clean. We will definitely visit again when we are in the area.
