Everything is within walking distanceNice staff. Place is not in 1a modern condition but you give infrastructure super and the small town of Kusadasi by the sea is not only trouble. Plenty of shade and swimming pool with beach nearby, price/performance ratio is OK. Nearby many restaurants and cafes. interesting (also for young people who... like to party) but also has nice excursion possibilities to Ephesus-Selcuk-Serince-etc. There are also great aquapark facilities nearby.
