- Bert K.June 2019Quietly secluded on the dikeRural. Nice hosts. Situated on the dyke. Good for cycling and walking. Small nice place to do your daily shopping. Next Aldi in Workum also only 8 km away. Quite nice for a week.Automatisk oversatt.
- Dirk W.September 2018Positive tingclean, quiet, directly behind the dike and by the seaNegative ting50ct for showering, 20 ct for washing upNice little campsite behind the dikeBeautiful, family-run small campsite, consisting mainly of permanent campers. One area for out-of-town campers. Direct access to the canal and over the dyke to the sea with a small beach (very small).Automatisk oversatt.
- Olaf v.June 2017Positive tingclose to the water, very large pitches, friendly people, peace and quiet and lots of fishing fun for the childrenNegative tingSanitary facilities overloaded and partly in need of renovationnice campsite, unfortunately a bit crowdedWe were a large family, four children (8-14), four adults with dogs and four senior citizens (in the Charlet) at the campsite at Whitsun. From the reservation to the check-out, everything was wonderful and worked very well. Very friendly staff, very large pitches (meadow A) and a very quiet location.... The only downside was the slight overcrowding, as additional pitches were created opposite the campsite and on the adjacent meadow for the Whitsun weekend. The sanitary facilities quickly reached the limits of their capacity. Added to this were the daily cleaning cycles in the late morning, which then required mixed use (male / female). 0.50 € for showering is no longer up to date, but can be tolerated if you don't stand at the three showers at the back. The water pressure at the shower head is so low that the water runs down the wall rather than hitting your body. You can also save €0.20 for hot water for washing up by using your own kettle. Then the water is also hot.Automatisk oversatt.
- Monika K.August 2016Positive tingDirectly on canals, snack bar on the pitch at moderate prices, clean sanitary facilities.Negative tingShowering and rinsing with coin slotRest and relaxationThe site is surrounded by hedges, directly on canals, ideal for paddlers. The operators are very friendly and helpful, very pleasant atmosphere, even in August. The nearest towns are approx. 4 km away by bike.Automatisk oversatt.
- St. W.August 2016Positive tingLots of water in a manageable space at a good price.Negative tingWashing up with coins is no longer in keeping with the times. If you are looking for a disco mile and shopping center, this is not the place for you. Lots of water = lots of mosquitoesVery friendly.Registration and the entire stay were characterized by a certain casualness and friendliness. The very clean snack bar is amazing. The pitches on the meadow are open and somewhat larger. WLan is sufficient for emails and messages with a little patience. Some of the most beautiful villages can be reached by bike and, with good shoes, on foot.Automatisk oversatt.
- Helmut S.August 2016Positive tingFriendly, clean, very reasonably pricedNegative tingTV not possible everywhere.Friendly and reasonably pricedWe were also on the Campercamping, more of a pitch with all the advantages, including WLAN. For TV you have to get a place without a tree in front of the satellite. But very clean, quiet and above all friendly. By bike you are in 4 km inkoudum for shopping. From the dike a wonderful sunset in the Isselmeer.Automatisk oversatt.
- no r.July 2016Positive tingQuiet, dog-friendlyNegative tingLong way to the toilet, depending on where you are.Quiet and well-keptA quiet, well-kept and dog-friendly site for people who love spending time in nature. The sanitary facilities are very clean, but you have to take the distance into account, depending on where you are staying. For a relaxing stay in the countryside, the site is highly recommended.Automatisk oversatt.
- Jenny J.May 2016Positive tingQuiet, friendly, clean, close to the water, inexpensive.Negative tingDepending on the weather and pitch, there are of course mosquitoes along the canal...Peace and quiet on the IjsselmeerWe were at the 'Campercamping', actually a camper van parking lot in front of the actual campsite. Very quiet, small paved parking lot directly between two canals, the access road and a nature reserve. Electricity is available at the very wide pitches, water at the end of the site. The clean sanitary... facilities can be reached by crossing the road to the campsite and the Ijsselmeer lake by crossing the bridge and the dyke. Here you can swim at a small beach (very shallow) or go for a nice walk or bike ride. There is a pizzeria and a bread roll service, the nearest town with good shopping facilities is about 5 minutes away by car. Barbecues on site and dogs are allowed.Automatisk oversatt.
- Armin D.May 2016Positive tingInexpensive, nice location, friendly operators, arrival possible until 23:00, free WLanNegative ting6 A power connection in area B, mosquitoes, especially at nightBeautiful campsite on the IjsellmeerWe stayed at the campsite for a whole week and took advantage of the offer on the website, 1 week including electricity and tourist tax for €100. For this we got a pitch in area B, the pitches there are not particularly large, but our caravan with awning and car fitted on it. Area B is relatively well... protected from the wind, the other two areas for tourist campers are much less sheltered. A tip: don't turn the awning towards the Ijsellmeer, the wind can be very strong! Our pitch had a 6 A power connection (Senseo runs without any problems), a water and waste water connection. The pitch was close to the access road, which was very busy during our stay as another road to Stavoren was closed due to roadworks. The sanitary area is next to the reception, looks quite attractive and was cleaned several times a day, showers cost €0.50 (insert 50 cent coins), flushing €0.20. There is also a snack bar and a restaurant in the reception building, and bicycles and canoes can be hired in front of it. Most of the campsite consists of the typical mobile homes, some of which can also be rented. The site is located directly behind the dyke, with a canal on two sides and a parking lot with motorhome pitches across the road. There are many lovely villages in the surrounding area with small harbors and beautiful town centers, e.g. Hindeloopen, Stavoren or Workum. Shopping facilities are available in Stavoren (coop) and Workum (Aldi). Overall, we can only recommend the site, the operators are nice and friendly and the surroundings are fantastically beautiful. We will certainly come back again!Automatisk oversatt.

- D.E. U.April 2016Positive tingreally feel like a guest.Negative tingThere aren't any.SUPER camping, very versatile with wonderful canteen for conviviality and foodJust super.A warm atmosphere, most beautiful place on the IJsselmeer, surrounded by beautiful towns where history, culture and nature still go together.Automatisk oversatt.
- Hauke Z.August 2015Positive tingPeace, sea, great value for moneyNegative tingAccess roads in the village somewhat narrowBeautiful place in a quiet locationOur first campsite that we, my wife and I, visited as camping newbies from 10.8. to 16.8.2015. 't Seleanstje is located just behind Molkwerum on the dyke to the Ijsselmeer. The access road in the village is a little narrow, but you are rewarded with a cozy little village. We liked the site itself straight... away. The pitches are spacious, so you can park your car next to the caravan. What was sometimes a bit annoying was that the WiFi was quite shaky. However, WiFi is available free of charge and it's enough to send a "We're still alive!" home. The place is ideal for relaxing! Peace and fresh air, with the sea just a stone's throw away and lots of cycle paths, you can really switch off here! We definitely want to come back again.Automatisk oversatt.
- Sv N.May 2015Positive tingVery quiet and very nice staff.Negative tingNo electricity and water in the rear area.Small site right on the water. Friendly and clean.Despite it being a peak season weekend, we got a large pitch on the back lawn. But we don't need electricity either. It's great to walk along the dyke to the nearest towns (approx. 1 hour). There would have been even more to explore by bike. Quiet, even without a lunch break. The sanitary buildings are getting on in years, but clean and functional. We will definitely come back again.Automatisk oversatt.Besvart fra Camping 't Seleantsje June 15, 2015Pitches A and B all have drinking water and electricity, pitch C only 10Amp. Electricity only meadow D (inexpensive 2 pers. €16,40 all incl.) without electricity.Automatisk oversatt.
- Karlheinz S.July 2014Positive tingabsolutely quiet, good connection to the surrounding area, quickly accessible to the larger townsNegative tingWLAN only works conditionally well, some pitches too smallNice quiet place to relaxCP t'seleantsje The CP is a good choice for campers who really want it quiet. Nevertheless, it should be mentioned that there seem to be no lunch break times or the like, which differs from German campsites. According to the description, this site has 100 permanent and 100 transit camper pitches, whereby... the latter are quite small and narrow, we were in CP area "C" where the caravans are quite close together ... nothing with distance or so behind us was a caravan that was about 70cm away from ours, the pitches are very narrow so that if a caravan of approx. 7.80m stands across the pitch just so the car no longer fits next to it but has to be placed in front of the awning. Sanitary facilities: for 200 pitches the sanitary area is quite small, when cleaning is in progress there is no alternative (use the ladies' or men's toilet). A dividing door in the middle of the wash toilet block would be great in the front area are the toilets in the same room at the back are the showers with washbasins so if you are "lucky" you always have a good nose full when showering. The toilets are cleaned twice a day which is OK. Waste disposal seems to be a problem, as the 2 containers are completely inadequate for the site and the campers then simply place their bin bags in front of them. For 200 pitches apparently one container too few in the season. Use of washing machines by token for 4 euros at the reception, rinsing with really hot water 0.20 euros (*), and the showers can be operated with 0.50 euros (*) W-LAN (**) ... hui there comes joy on ..... when it works it is quite fast but most of the time it looks or looked like there was a connection but it didn't want to let you into the internet, so the connection is rather sporadic and not always fully available.... (*) = time-dependent use, whereby the shower runs for 5 minutes or even longer (**)= since WLAN is free and freely accessible, it is reasonable otherwise it would not have been okay if it had cost anything.Automatisk oversatt.
- C&A E.May 2014Beautiful place top location and many relaxation possibilitiesI can only confirm all the positive things I said in 2014. Perfect for people like us who are only occasionally at the campsite and enjoy the peace and beauty of nature. Great for cyclists, boat fans, anglers (canal right next to the site), swimmers, surfers and for relaxing! We will definitely be back! Greetings C&A from HanoverAutomatisk oversatt.
- Hans-Hermann. H.August 2013Beautifully situated site, somewhat hidden. The access to the pitches leads through the paths of the permanent campers and are very narrow, sometimes inaccessible with a large trailer without causing damage. But once you've made it, you're fine. Nice operators, clean site and sanitary facilities, but... it takes some getting used to, for example, men suddenly coming out of the ladies' shower or toilet. They are not allowed to come in because they are being cleaned :-) You get used to it. You can't go shopping here, but the village with a few stores is not far away and can be reached by bike in 15 minutes. The flat countryside is great for cycling, but once you've explored the surrounding area you can just cycle on to the next pitch.Automatisk oversatt.
- Krisse V.July 2013Uncomplicated, friendly check-in. The site is located behind the dike directly on the IJsselmeer, a great starting point for exploring the surrounding area. The pitches are well maintained and okay in size. There are no trees or bushes anywhere on the meadow, so there is little privacy. Electricity:... Many electricity boxes on the pitch. Water: At the sanitary building, no taps on the pitch. There are bread rolls to order and a restaurant with average Dutch prices. There is only one sanitary building, sufficient toilets, but there can be waiting times for the showers (50 cents for 5 minutes) in the morning and evening. Conclusion: Well-kept site in a good location, ambience not so cozy, but still highly recommended!Automatisk oversatt.
- Sebastian R.May 2013A beautifully located campsite right on the Ijsselmeer. The journey from Germany takes a little while via the N50, especially on long weekends you should try to avoid the typical return journey time, as there may be a traffic jam on the long drive to the highway. But now to the campsite. The operators/owners... are very friendly and helpful. The motorhome pitches (Camper Camping) are paved and located in a separate area outside the campsite. Not too bad. It's just a shame that you can't put up a small awning there. But an awning should be feasible. The pitches on the site are located on the meadow and are generously sized. Electricity is available. Water is also available on the comfort pitches. On the meadow you should be a little careful not to stand too close to the stream when it rains, otherwise you may get stuck. The sanitary facilities are perfectly adequate and are cleaned regularly (twice a day). However, you should not expect luxury sanitary facilities. Small drawback, the showers cost 50 cents, which can be "expensive" for families. Also, sometimes there was not enough paper in all the toilets. All in all, it's a great place for water sports enthusiasts and anglers in particular. But those traveling by bike will also be satisfied. Finally, one small negative point: when we were there, there were an extremely large number of flies in the air. Sometimes quite large swarms. Unfortunately, I can't say whether this was due to the time of year. If I was sunbathing, it would bother me!Automatisk oversatt.
- Natalie N.August 2012Super nice, small campsite. Only separated from the lake by a canal and road (not very busy, but some of them pass quickly). We would go to this campsite again in a heartbeat.Automatisk oversatt.
