Peace and location
Negative ting
The site is beautifully laid out and quiet (for which we would certainly have awarded 4 stars)... the vacation homes are a bit outdated in places. There were deductions because we had to pay 360 pln zloty (instead of 180 pln) after 5 hours drive with motorhome on June 14, 2025 (in the evening), because supposedly there was a game festival in town and therefore "everyone is charging higher costs". The crowning glory was the restaurant (open until 10pm): We wanted to have dinner there at 8 p.m.: when we asked several times, we were finally told unkindly that we could only have a drink. If we had known this beforehand, we would have gone straight back to the great old town, where there are countless great restaurants. A real shame in this beautiful city!
Rip-off when festivals are in town... Restaurant failure

Close to the city
Negative ting
Unfriendly staff, not clean
Ok for 1 night
It is ok for 1 night, but not for more. Pitches are small, sanitary buildings not clean. It was also quite noisy at the evening. At the gates of the camping site was a cafe, but the staff of the site had no information about the possibility to eat there. Staff was not interested in the clients, unfriendly

Positive ting
- Location in Poznan - Public transport connections
Negative ting
- Condition, cleanliness and infrastructure
Expensive and slightly unkempt
Pros: The location - the streetcar is about 1 km away and takes you to the city center in about 10 minutes. The site is also quite quiet - which can be different when sports competitions are taking place: The square is part of a large sports facility where rowing regattas are held. This can sometimes... lead to heavy traffic and blocked access roads. Cons: Definitely the price: during the week we paid considerably more for a small caravan + car than at hotspots such as Lake Constance. The pitches are also unfavorably laid out: We only got the caravan onto the pitch with various maneuvers, and it was not an advantage that our pitch had a significant slope. Electricity is available at the pitches, but there are not enough sockets for everyone (luckily we were self-sufficient). The sanitary facilities look nice, but are not particularly well maintained and we have seen them cleaner. The same applies to the campsite restaurant.

Positive ting
Good streetcar connection to the old town, good cycle path to the old town;
Negative ting
We had a very unfriendly employee at the reception; weak WLAN
for a city campsite neat
parceled pitches, partly with shade; during the day a small diesel train passes the CP (9-18 clock every 30 minutes line thermal bath - zoo); we did not find it disturbing and the conductor was always happy when we waved to him; at night is absolute silence; sanitary building well clean and technically... o.k., even always with good hot water, but the showers still had curtains; we were the only guests in the CP restaurant; food was relatively good, but "clear" (see photos); the waiter was very friendly, translated the whole menu into German; the CP cafe would have been nice, but is closed at the most important times; WLAN was very weak on the pitches; in Poznan the town hall square was stunningly beautiful, but the rest of the city is all modern and unfortunately not worth seeing

We were there for one night, very friendly welcome. However, the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities left a lot to be desired. Okay for one/two nights...

Positive ting

Negative ting
The railroad disturbs
Location close to the city on Lake Malta, ok for a short stay
An approx. 5 meter high sign in stainless steel design on the road indicates Camping Malta and Hotel, as well as the 2 security men at the barrier suggested a certain exclusivity of the place, but this impression was wrong. The check-in in English was uncomplicated, the pitches were parceled out and... well-kept, mostly separated by hedges. The sanitary building is simple, the visual defects are simply ignored and then it is ok for a few days stay, during our presence the hygiene was ok with about 80% occupancy of the place. However, when opening the door to the disposal station of the chemical toilet, a feeling of disgust arose briefly. The site is located directly on a great artificial lake with a sports park, thermal baths/leisure pool and zoo, a small train runs past loudly every 15 - 30 minutes at full capacity (weekends). The city center is easy to reach by bike, center about 4 km. There are no shopping facilities on the site, bread rolls can be ordered in the restaurant.

Positive ting
Friendly staff
Negative ting
no bread roll service and no information material about the region
CP in the southeast of the city in a kind of cultural and sports park
The CP Malta is a small CP with a few pitches and more cabins and vacation rooms in a kind of cultural and sports park. The pitches are bordered with plants and hedges. Water is only available in the sanitary and kitchen area. The staff are friendly and also speak English. The food in the restaurant... was good, but the waiter was only seen after 20:00h to collect money. You can't have breakfast in the restaurant. The sanitary facilities are good and clean. A pioneer railroad runs past the CP. There is no information material about the region at the reception. There is no store for camping supplies, food and no bread roll service.

Positive ting
Close to the city center and clean
Negative ting
Bored restaurant staff and poorly equipped communal kitchen
good campsite near the city center
The easy-to-find campsite is nestled in the quiet MALTA leisure zone. Getting into town by public transport was also no problem. The site is very well fenced and is also patrolled by security at night. The individual pitches are fenced in with hedges, so you have your privacy right away. The price is... above the national average. Cleanliness and tidiness were OK in all areas. negative: the staff could be a bit friendlier. The communal kitchen had exactly 1 hotplate. A nogo the restaurant, no one there except us, most of the tables were full of dishes and you had to be active when ordering! But the food was great!

Have rested on the title of "Best CP in Poland 2015"
Poznan
CP benefits from the nearby Lake Malta with many sports facilities. Restaurant visit unfortunately not possible due to "closed society". Reception and night watchmen rather unfriendly and aloof. Sanitary facilities outdated.

Beautiful city camping
The site is on the outskirts of the city, close to Lake Malta, with lots of sports facilities. Easy check-in, friendly staff, speaks some German/English. Pitches parceled out, separated by hedges, well-kept lawn, facilities in the sanit. Building rather older, but clean and everything works perfectly.... Restaurant was closed. Access to the pitches easy, as one-way system. The site is about 5 minutes from public transport > streetcar no. 8 to the city, journey time about 10 minutes.

Visit
The campsite is conveniently located on the outskirts of the city, on Lake Malta. It is a nice campsite with a restaurant where we ate well. There is also a breakfast buffet for 25 zloty. The sanitary facilities are a bit dated, but clean. There is a streetcar station about 700 m away, which is a good... way to get to the city center. Although it is a guarded site with security and cameras, our caravan was broken into on the 2nd day. But we were lucky, nothing was missing!

Sanitary facilities, price
All right
The sanitary facilities could be much cleaner, especially for the price. Also, €8 for two beers at reception was very expensive. Nice advice on parking with motorhome to explore the city.

Not very friendly reception, parceled out pitches
Located directly on a rowing regatta lake - also some food stands there. Restaurant on the site - was closed due to company. Steam locomotive passes the site several times a day with a loud roar.

Ideal for visiting Poznan
A very well-kept site with clean and spacious sanitary facilities. The pitches vary in size, but we were able to choose freely from a large selection. The two restaurants (I assume there were 2) were closed on all 3 days of our stay. However, there was a snack kiosk with a small selection of food at the regatta lake.

Nice place on an artificial regatta lake
The site is located directly on the well-equipped Lake Malta with a climbing park, leisure pool, summer toboggan run, many restaurants and a large shopping center. The city center of Poznan is just 10 minutes away by bike along the lakeside promenade. The site is clean and inexpensive, we paid 20 euros for four people.

well-located campsite but unpleasant staff, apart from speaking english at top speed, you wonder if they know how to speak polish. i've done a lot of camping in poland and if you find an intelligent polish person, even if they don't speak english, you can understand each other very well with the few... polish people i know.for the August 10 triatlon, there was a poster in the sanitary block saying that the street was closed, written in english, and not even a poster in polish. they need to be up to date if they want to keep their place. another point: the wifi worked 1 day after a storm and broke down 3 days later. it didn't work.

Nice campsite in the middle of Poznan. Reception staff are very unfriendly and unfortunately only speak Polish or English. Pitches a bit narrow, many arrivals and departures every day, toilets spacious and very clean, water connection extensive and restaurant on site. CP is located directly on a regatta... lake, where you have many recreational opportunities such as canoeing, swimming in the lake or in the spa, cycling directly on the shore of the lake, hiking, climbing forest, summer toboggan run and restaurants. In addition, a visit to the beautiful old town, which can be reached by streetcar no. 6 or by bike, is an unforgettable experience. We had 4 wonderful days and will be back soon.

The course is located on a regatta course outside Poznan. The city center is easy to reach by streetcar. The sanitary facilities are well maintained and spacious. Due to a regatta event during the week, the overnight prices were quickly doubled to an unreasonable PLN 160.
