Positive ting
-Long clean sandy beach -Pool -Not so big, everything within walking distance -shopping mile directly in front of the campsite -Children's entertainment for children from 5-10 -Evening programs and parties were great -night's sleep was respected -well-stocked thrift store on the site -delicious food in the restaurant
Negative ting
- Sanitary blocks / the mirrors should be replaced. -In one sanitary block there was a shower, toilet and washbasin in a very small space, which was not always nice as some toilets were under water when someone was showering and the floor was then very sandy. - Opening hours at the pool 10am-12:45pm and 4pm to 6:45pm.
We had a wonderful vacation!
We came across the place by chance on the internet and if you're prepared to make a few compromises, you'll have a great time here too.

The site wasn't too big, so everything was within easy walking distance.
The receptionist gave us a friendly welcome and we were able to exchange our reserved pitch,... as the one allocated to us was too small for our 7.20m caravan.
But there are larger and smaller pitches here, separated by hedges, and we were able to fit our awning and car on them.
We had a pitch 20 m away from the pool (pitch no. 34) - you could hear the music from the aqua gymnastics at 11am, but we thought the music was cool and joined in ourselves - so that wasn't a problem for us :-).

Wifi was good and available for free all over the campsite. There was a great program like foam party, comedy show, ... mainly in Italian but a lot was also translated into English and sometimes into German.
At our time there was the camping festival at the neighboring campsite Capalonga and you could just go there and join in, they had beach games, Holy Colour Party and also fireworks - really great!

The campsite has a well-stocked supermarket with reasonable prices. There is also a drinking water machine in front of the door where you can fill your 1 liter bottle with still or carbonated water for 10 cents. Super!

In the restaurant we always got pizza or pasta to take away - price 8.50-10 euros. Top price and delicious! The ice cream was also delicious, 1 scoop cost 1.50, from 2 scoops it was only 1 euro more expensive, and the scoops were huge. Mega!

The beach was only a stone's throw away and it was always nice and clean! There were 2 days when grass washed up but that wasn't bad. The sea was wide and therefore ideal for children.

Only the sanitary facilities should be overhauled, the mirrors really don't look so good anymore.

It cost 829 euros for three people!

Positive ting
Price / performance. Restaurant on site also cheap and very good. There is everything in front of the campsite, Rosticceria, supermarkets, bike rental, ... Everything is also cheaper than in the center of Bibione. If you still want to go to the center, e.g. to the Luna Park, you can rent a bike (had paid 80 euros / week for three bikes in front of the campsite, two bikes were already included with the mobile home).
Negative ting
Boring for people between 12 and 60, but if you just want to enjoy the nice weather, lie by the pool/sea or jog along the promenade, then it's perfect.
Price / performance very good
Price: Short drive, 1000 euros / week at Whitsun. Service: The best mobile home, incl. sun loungers, bicycles, dishwasher, beach

Perfect campsite for the family!
My family has been coming to the campsite for over ten years now, and the campsite is easily accessible from southern Bavaria within a few hours and the location right by the sea is a dream for everyone! there is also nothing to complain about in terms of general cleanliness (including the beach). the... caravans are simply furnished, but everything necessary for 14 days is still available (in the larger ones, a dishwasher is particularly important). The terrace offers a lot of space and also on the beach there is a place for each caravan with 2 sun loungers and a parasol.there is a small beach soccer field and 2 volleyball courts.the restaurant and the supermarket offer the vacationers everything the vacationer's heart desires.interesting for the younger generation:There is free wifi!!!!(works best on the beach and in the entrance area of the campsite) For the campers among you I can unfortunately not give any detailed information about the pitches and sanitary facilities.from the outside, however, the older facility in the middle of the campsite unfortunately looks a bit in need of renovation, but the other two make a good impression.the garbage collection leaves daily at 7.The pool is a bit small and the opening hours (closed at noon and every Tuesday) are not ideal, but who needs a pool when you have the sea right in front of your nose? all in all a small but nice campsite that is perfect for a family vacation. we look forward to a relaxing vacation every year!

Positive ting
Perfect location and very relaxing
Negative ting
You should check the beach area at lunchtime, as there are a lot of strangers on the beach.
Rest and relaxation
We arrived back home today. This is the 17th time we've been to the Lido. The location is perfect. The mobile homes have everything you need. The beach is clean and very nice. The staff are very nice and helpful. I also find it very quiet on the site. Even our adult children come to visit us there every year because it is simply very relaxing. The only annoying thing is that there are often other people on the beach.

Positive ting
Very nice beach Great cycle path as a promenade Good leisure facilities Great shopping facilities incl. water machine Good pizzeria
Negative ting
Shabby sanitary facilities Boring swimming pool Mostly small pitches Remote laundry rooms
Wild campsite with charm
The campsite impresses with its wild layout, which also adds to its charm. The beach is beautifully situated, clean and equipped with showers, but unfortunately there is no beach bar (only about 500m away). There is a playground, beach volleyball and boccia courts on the beach. Pedal boats and sun loungers\umbrellas... can be hired. Unfortunately, some WC\showers are getting on in years and, depending on the pitch, the laundry rooms are a long way away. The special feature of the old showers is that you can look up to the sky :) Gastronomy and shopping facilities: * Very good restaurant and bar * Supermarket (moderate prices) * Public water machine (very cheap water) * Shopping and gastro mile just outside the campsite Leisure activities: * Beach volleyball * Boccia * Beach soccer * Tennis nearby * Table tennis * Simple swimming pool (closes at lunchtime and on one day) In the evening there are good shows for young and old. Animation is also provided and tournaments are organized. Pitches can be booked without reservation even at peak times. Pitches tend to be rather small

Friendly staff Spacious plots
Better than expected
Nice, helpful staff. Spacious places in the shade and in the sun. Beautiful beach. Swimming pool small compared to other places, but who needs a pool when you have the sea on your doorstep. The small sanitary facility near us was probably from the 80s, outdated and in need of renovation. The other san houses were better. Unfortunately we only stayed one night because the weather and the weather forecast were bad, but we will definitely come back!

Lunch break 3 hours!!! Garbage truck empties the glass container at 7.00 in the morning Often loud at night from the neighboring disco
Loud campsite
According to our children, a great campsite, despite the long lunch break. Often very loud, almost too loud for us. The pool could have more sun loungers, there are definitely not enough in high season. But if the children are happy, then so are the parents.

Positive ting
The beach, the campsite as a whole, the sanitary facilities, the swimming pool. Shop opening hours are good no siesta.
Negative ting
Pool closed on Tuesdays and a bit too short opening hours for swimming there.
Satisfied camper from Sweden
We have been here for many years and are always as happy with our vacation. Relaxing with a lovely beach and good sites for the motorhome. The cleaning staff do a great job and keep the sanitary facilities in a good condition. No tokens or coins for showering hot water included in the fee as well as electricity at the site. If you want to swim and relax, this is a great campground.

Pool much too small. Closed 1 day/week and every afternoon from 1pm to 4pm. Beach extremely crowded. Lots of dead jellyfish
Pool much too small! closed at lunchtime and every tuesday.... in the high season?!?
We visited friends at the cp lido and stayed with them from mo to tuesday. We were only able to use the completely overcrowded pool on Mon from 4 - 7 pm as it is closed for lunch from 13-16 and all day on Tuesdays. The large restaurant also offers nothing after 13. Not even a small menu. Nevertheless, we were charged for 2 days! The beach is overcrowded and there were a lot of dead jellyfish. Not recommended!

Positive ting
air conditioning, a nice terrace with fan, beautiful beach
Negative ting
poor, incomplete equipment too expensive too loud night noises
Price performance is not right
We had booked a Platinum Golden suite Mare. It cost 159.50 euros plus tourist tax per day for 3 people. That is clearly too much for a wobbly bungalow. It is advertised on the internet with luxury furnishings. Well, we found a rusty fridge and outdated furnishings with vacation camp charm. We would have... had no problem with this if the price had been appropriate. The kitchen equipment also leaves a lot to be desired. For example, there is a kettle barbecue in front of each bungalow, but there are no barbecue tongs in this kitchen. There is a wooden table on the terrace which can only be used with an oilcloth cover. However, there is no such cover. There is a dishwasher inside, but the plates are counted out to 6. Would you run a dishwasher for 6 plates and a few glasses? It's all half-hearted and nothing has been thought through. The worst thing was that we didn't get any sleep. Every night a sprinkler goes on outside each bungalow from 3am to 3.30am. Large drops splash onto the cars (neighbors) standing next to it and this splashing right outside the bedroom window robs us of any sleep. From 7.30 to 8.30 a.m. the garbage truck comes daily to empty the large garbage cans. At 9.00 am there is a daily announcement in 4 languages about the animation possibilities.... Conclusion no relaxation - too expensive for what is offered - never again

5 stars!!!
We spent six nights at the campsite and if our friends hadn't been there we would have left after one night. It is a mystery to me how this campsite gets five stars. During our many trips we have stayed at campsites without stars but I have never seen anything like this. The paths to the pitches are... sand and earth and you are constantly dragging dirt into the motorhome. The only positive thing was the washing facilities which were always clean. As far as friendliness is concerned, they still have a lot to learn. We didn't find the 5 stars anywhere, the only thing that was in abundance were the mosquitoes that could multiply well in all the puddles in the paths and pitches. It was our first and last stay at this campsite.

It's a shame that you can't even book differently in the low season. A little inflexible
Relaxing vacation
We stayed at Camping Lido for the 5th time in September 2015. It's always nice. The location to the beach is great, the pool is only used once in a while to jump in. It is very manageable and very suitable with children. Unfortunately we wanted to extend a few days (this was not possible despite the... low season). According to the homepage, it is always offered that you can also book 10 days. But this is not possible. Too bad.... We always feel very comfortable there.
