the campsite is located in the center of places to visit. the chalet where we stayed was spacious, well-equipped and functional. for fishermen: 2 fish-filled ponds for your pleasure. a very warm welcome; the owner was very friendly and listened to our needs.

This is our 4th stay at Le Verdoyant. And we'll be back This year Christophe even showed us the way to find porcini mushrooms. And guess what, we found some.

The family atmosphere of the campsite really appealed to us. Christophe is very kind, helpful and, above all, a great tease - his wife treats us to delicious little dishes, and we're delighted by the evenings, even if the weather isn't great. A great week at camping le verdoyant, we'll be happy to return.

For the stay nothing special the weather but nobody can do anything haha

Very welcoming owners and family, with good advice on local visits. Very child-friendly campsite: games, swimming pool, fishing pond, donkeys, goats, and all in complete safety. Ample space to enjoy your vacation without disturbing or being disturbed by neighbors

Excellent campsite, 2nd year here, very quiet. Thanks to Christophe, his wife and children, you do the job to make sure we have a top vacation. We'll be back next year.

A warm welcome, a relaxing campsite, a swimming pool, games for the children and a very good restaurant.

Add a sports field with a basketball hoop and soccer goal for children over 11, as there is a lack of activities for teenagers.

Wonderfully friendly hosts at this lovely site! Nothing is too much trouble and the welcome is very warm! Food is very good and the site facilities are always clean. Pitches are very generous and shaded (levellers recommended due to some sloping). Plenty of water points and a lovely pool area. We have friends nearby so it’s a real win for us but location is good for Montignac and Vézère (all short drive). Very few British so we can truly feel we are away from home and immerse ourselves amongst French families!

Not something that the site owners can control - Care needed when turning in the access road and pity a bus doesn’t stop by the main road, but we will continue to love the site as it is!
