"They won't see us here again. - As an annual camper, I have never had such a bad experience. As soon as we arrived, we already got a biased look from the owners. We are 4 thirty-somethings with no children, and apparently this is not appreciated at this campground. When we were playing a party game in our awning in the evening around 10:30 p.m., we were approached by the owner in a very rude, even aggressive manner. He even threatened that we would have to leave the campground if we didn't go to sleep right away. We were scolded as "little children". No possibility for reasonableness, friendliness was very far away. They will NEVER see us here again. Another good thing to know: after booking and payment, you already receive all kinds of documents with very strict guidelines, which are not mentioned on the website.

"Absolute recommendation! - Wonderfully quiet, relaxed campsite with very friendly site management. Everything very clean and tidy. Very nice and well-kept new sanitary facilities. Spacious pitches in small groups, always separated by small hedges. A strip of grass around the site with dog waste garbage cans for walking dogs. A baker from Oostburg comes by every other day in the morning with delicious (wholemeal) bread rolls and sweet pastries. An absolute recommendation!

"well-kept place that is run with heart - We were there for two weeks with our caravan and dog. Without exception, the site is very well maintained (pitches, green areas, sanitary facilities) and beautifully laid out. In addition to the shower/wash houses, which are separated by gender, there is also a large communal sanitary block, which is a little more modern. However, all the facilities are clean at all times. The operator, Mrs. van de Vijver, lives directly on the site and is therefore always available. She is a dedicated hostess who has the well-being of the guests and the site in mind and also ensures order and compliance with the rules. The panorama pitches with a view of the polders/fields are very idyllic, but the normal "Hoeve" pitches are also very spacious and well located. Dogs are allowed on all pitches, but it is important that they are reasonably quiet and don't bark constantly etc. There is a grassy strip around the whole site where you can walk your dog, and there is also a station for bags. There are plenty of free pedal cars, tricycles etc. for children and the size and location of the site means that kids can move around freely. The area around the campsite also has a lot to offer - Bruges is within easy reach, small towns such as Sluis and Groede can be reached by bike and Cadzand and the sea are right on the doorstep. There are lots of flyers at reception about places to visit and things to do. We would love to come back next year!

"Simply beautiful and quiet - A very beautiful campsite in the middle of fields, right next to a nature reserve. Pure peace and relaxation. We have already visited several campsites in Zeeland and think that this one is the most beautiful so far. The sanitary facilities are in top condition and it was always very clean. The campsite manager is very friendly and helpful. The panoramic pitches on the edge of the campsite are highly recommended. Here you have an unobstructed view over the Polter landscape. We have already booked a pitch there again for September 2021.
