A very large campground, centrally located between the popular destinations of Lazise and Bardolino. Very good access and exit options. Large supermarket on-site. The reception desk is well-staffed, multilingual, and efficient.

The restrooms could use some renovation. Wi-Fi is only available at the front desk and in the restaurant. Very poor cell phone reception.

We had a lovely site with a spectacular view. The restrooms were clean.

Toilet paper should be in the restroom, and soap should be by the sinks. The Wi-Fi is very poor. They really need to improve that.

The restrooms were old but always clean; they were cleaned constantly. Direct access to the lake. Lazise and Bardolino are within walking distance. Centrally located yet quiet.

Internet or Wi-Fi

The location between Lazise and Bardolino is good as you can walk to both. There are nice pools. The view of the lake if you get near to it is lovely.

There was no soap in the toilets and you must take paper from the end of the row outside which is annoying. Pitches are very small and we struggled to fit our caravan, awning and car on the picth leaving us with no outside space. It was also on a slope. Facilities, especially the pool were very overcrowded. They have squeezed too many people for the facilities. It was never possible to get a sunbed unless you were there at opening. Cars, staff golf buggy and kids on bikes are dangerous. The animation team tanoy announcements disturbed us after our children were in bed. It was overpriced.

Better maintenance of the campsite; the ground is uneven and there are a lot of small stones. The lakeside restaurant is subpar. Quiet hours should be enforced more strictly, especially after 11:00 p.m. No hot water for showers in the afternoon.

Better Wi-Fi

The sites are spacious enough for an awning and a car. An awning and an extra tent would be too much. The sites on the lake side are nicely located in the center. The sites in the two higher-elevation areas are a bit far from the lake, though.

There aren't enough washing machines. Only two for the entire campground. The restrooms need to be updated. Some fixtures are broken, and the showerheads need to be replaced. Hot water is hard to come by. The water heater runs out quickly.

The relaxed atmosphere, the price, the beach was always free, shops, restaurants

It's way too loud at the venue. Constant traffic, no security, and a questionable trash management plan. Smelly trash cans next to the event grounds; every day at 7, the truck drives across the entire grounds to pick them up. Large, loud, smelly trash cans right next to the campsites.

The campsite was beautiful, with a direct view of the lake, but the entertainment area and a Wi-Fi hotspot were right next to us. As a result, it was noisy for a long time. The restroom facilities on the beach were cleaned very regularly.

It was almost impossible—if not completely impossible—to make phone calls or use the internet. Maybe there were areas for couples without children. We lost contact after the vacation; I sent two emails, but got no response.

Everyone will find something to enjoy at the campground in Cisano. There’s a program for both children and adults every day. The restrooms are cleaned thoroughly and regularly, and despite the large crowds and warm temperatures, they remain fairly odor-free. Plus, there’s rarely a wait. The lake is bustling with activity, and since it’s a large campground, it’s always lively.

It would be nice to be able to pay online for the washing machine and soap at the restrooms. The cell service and Wi-Fi are really poor. The roads are quite narrow. People often park their cars in the way, which can sometimes make it difficult to leave or arrive by car and trailer.
