Beautiful place
the place is located about 4 km outside of Gyzicko - unfortunately you can hardly get around by bike outside the cities - to get into the city you have to share a narrow footpath next to a busy main road with pedestrians and oncoming traffic for about 1km - after the railroad crossing you then get into... the local road network - currently the railway line is being built - maybe they thought of a bike path - the city is lively and has a large tourist area at the lake - the place is well organized and spacious - the (young) staff is currently building the railway line. The town is lively and has a large tourist area by the lake - the campsite is well organized and spacious - the (young) reception staff did not seem very committed - no catering on site - numerous restaurants in the town - sanitary facilities very good - shower with Zlt. coins

Positive ting
The location by the lake.
Negative ting
Outdated homepage. We had to look for another campsite.
The information on the site's homepage is out of date.
Although the website states that the campsite is open all year round, it was closed when we arrived.

Negative ting
There are no defects
Borowo- for those who like the beach
Camping located on the lake, good access, often passing trains, parking spaces divided by a hedge,

Positive ting
close to Gizycko, location right on the lake and a beautiful one at that, large square feeling of spaciousness and it is not a pan blown out in the sun
Negative ting
close to the main route, weddings in the restaurant exists it but no longer for the guests of the camping, everything somehow with time there weakens
variable level of camping used to be better
Despite the fact that it is not perfect, I return there every year willingly after experiences at other campsites, I also love Giżycko in the season in my opinion the most beautiful city in Mazury at least something is happening and Borowo is close, so due in part to the lack of choice I always choose Borowo

Campsite located near the town of Gizycko in the center of Masuria. Very friendly and helpful staff. The sanitary facilities are not all open in the low season and are often a little sandy due to the sandy ground. If you have a problem or a request, a solution is sought. The peace and quiet is a little... disturbed by the nearby road, but it's a matter of getting used to it. Otherwise, we really like it here, especially the beach and the wonderful view of Gizycko. We've been here several times and it certainly won't be the last time
