Positive ting
Beautiful site, in a quiet location, with friendly and helpful operators who speak excellent English. The pitches are large with electricity. There is bread service and, depending on the season, a bar, pizza... Everything is very uncomplicated. Showers are hot and everything is clean. Beautiful area with lovely beaches and great scenery
Negative ting
The sanitary facilities are quite outdated. Soap could be refilled better and the toilets can be locked, but are almost impossible to open. A little oil could help. Quite far to go shopping. And you need a vehicle to get anywhere.
Beautiful campsite
Very nice campsite where we felt very comfortable, with a few weaknesses. We stayed here for a week and were able to go on many excursions.

Well-kept place, you feel very welcome
Since 2020, the campsite has been in the hands of the new, friendly and perfectly English-speaking operators, who give you a very warm welcome. If you are interested, they will give you great tips for things to do in Galicia. The site is in a quiet location in the hilly hinterland, about 4 km from the... sandy beaches with surfing waves and the nearest town.
(ATTENTION: Depending on the device, the website of the CP shows the location incorrectly - it is 20 km from the city of
A Coruña with 440,000 inhabitants, halfway between Arteixo and Carballo).
The site is sunny, parceled out with small trees and hedges, has grassy ground on slightly sloping terrain. You have a free choice of pitches on the different sized plots.
The whole site is beautifully laid out, well-kept and you are not "close together". There are 2 pools.
The two sanitary buildings are quite basic, but I have rarely seen facilities as clean as these.
You can get some food and bread at reception. In addition, a regional bakery van comes by the road every day at around 9:00 am, which you can stop.
You can have breakfast in the bar and snacks are also available as well as drinks.
A professional washing machine (including washing powder) and a tumble dryer are available.
There are also five bungalows, which are fully equipped (including towels and bed linen).
We like it here so much that we are already here for four weeks for the second time and we will be back next year :-)
