"Beach a disaster - pure dog place - Furthermore, the beach advertised on the internet is a disaster. Looks like a building site. Disgusting slimy masses of seaweed along the entire beach. The path leads through a former pine forest. Hardly anything left to see now. We certainly won't be coming back here.

"Friendly camping - Reception was very friendly and helpful and willing to compromise. We were allowed to choose the pitch. When we unloaded we noticed that there were a lot of mosquitoes, our plan was to stay two nights. So we went to the sea which is only a 3 minute walk through the pine forest, it was clean and very empty at this time. Sanitary facilities are old but clean (no toilet paper). Pool was clean only with swimming cap. In the evening it became unbearable with the mosquito plague and the children so we packed up after only 1 night and moved on. Restaurant was top also in terms of price. Would have stayed there longer.

"Unfortunately, vacation joy clouded by noise from a free church in Switzerland - Unfortunately it is tolled that a Christian free church from Switzerland is responsible for disturbing the peace. This should not be allowed on such a vacation campsite.

"Animal husbandry - Very nice campsite with attentive staff. Sanitary facilities quite clean. We felt very comfortable with our little dog. We were able to relax very well. We noticed the budgies at the reception very negatively. Exposed to the heat without protection. Several animals kept in a cage that was far too small. In addition, two nesting boxes in this mini cage where further animals are bred to suffer this torture. One budgie was already lying on the floor and barely moving. There would be more to write but this would go beyond the scope of this article.

"Quiet campsite - Relaxing vacation in a friendly environment. Only the sanitary facilities are an imposition. The rating refers to the southern location of the campsite. Furthermore, this was our first vacation in this region and I have no comparisons to other places nearby.

"Good camping for an extended stay - I was there at the end of July 2018. Unfortunately, it was difficult to find it using Google navigation. It is located outside the village going in the direction of Cecina, and not as stated on the camping site. Well, unless I misread it. The friendly staff at the check-in will serve and help us in 3 languages (Italian, German and English). The camping is located 200 meters in a straight line from the beach and the sea, unfortunately, to a nicer beach you have to go left or right, which gives us already 400m. The beach is clean, sandy with some pebbles on the shore. It is worth taking some kind of stroller to transport for smaller children or beach stuff. There was no shortage of warm water in the showers, although sometimes there was a queue-especially in the women's section. Two playgrounds for children, as well as a restaurant and a store with the most necessary things (open from 8-20) on site. Swimming pool (1.30-1.60m) and children's pool (0.55m) open from 9 am to 6:30 pm- clean and located a little at the end of the campground. The downside is the access but it results in a quiet place. Loungers included in the price. The camping itself is located between two villages: the smaller Vada and the larger Cecina. Very good access by bicycle, as there is a bike path most of the way. Shopping opportunities in both towns. Pubs or a pizzeria right across from the campground. If you want to connect the air conditioning in the camper, be sure to let the reception know, because the standard fuse in the box is too weak and knocks out, they replace it with a stronger one (charge for stronger electricity-3€ per day). Good advice in the end, if there are free places, it suggests as far as possible from the restaurant (sometimes music plays from the speakers)and the playground (children were able to "play" until 23 hours).
