It’s a shame we weren’t able to discuss everything that didn’t suit you before you left—even though you told me everything was fine.
I’m sorry about the cleaning; my husband and I always clean thoroughly before each guest arrives.
I’d like to take this opportunity... to mention that after you left, we noticed a lot of dog waste from your two dogs around the cabin and elsewhere, and even today, after closing time, we’re still finding bones around it: Luckily, we didn’t have any guests right after you.
As for the storage, dishes, and light fixtures, you’re right—we’re gradually renovating the property and will address these issues.

We apologize for the missing dishes; I need to get better organized when doing the inventory checks to avoid this—I’m learning as I go each year.
As for the food, we only offer daily specials and don’t have a set menu, but I always manage to come... up with something for guests who don’t eat meat. I usually work with what I have on hand, so I can’t promise anything in advance—just ask on the day of your visit.
