Rude staff and getting accused of saying things to manageress daughter! (False) filthy facilities, no toilet roll hardly available, having to pay for a shower and then the water wasn’t draining properly in the drain, hand air dryer....Covid! Overcrowded. Being pitched up in what was the football pitch. Lack of bins. Dogs had to be kept on leads at all time even when next to u! Bbq/ firepit take coal as apparently can’t burn wood

I love camping with kids we normally go rough camping up tarfside etc as kids love it. Booked there as sounded nice and bits for kids to do I won’t be back the owner was rude, over crowded. First impressions count and on arrival she was rude.on speaking to others they also stated her attitude was awful... We would have used her cafe but after the way she spoke we wouldn’t justify giving her any more money. Heard on numerous occasions her moaning about other campers and how it was just her and her daughter, with how busy she was I’m pretty sure she could have employed a few sessional workers to help.2 pitches cost 72 for 2 nights and u get nothing for it even have to pay for showers. Paid for extra car and we told not allowed cars by pitch.
All in all u expect a bit of professionalism and a certain basic standard of cleanliness and I never experienced that.
