Location Cala Canyelles. Lloret de Mar is a coastal municipality in the region of La Selva, on the Costa Brava in the province of Girona. Its strategic location in the south of the Costa Brava makes Lloret an ideal meeting … point. Lloret de Mar is located in the northeastern end of the Iberian Peninsula in Catalonia. Lloret is one of the most important tourist destinations in southern Europe, situated in a privileged environment such as the Costa Brava, 70 km from Barcelona and 34 km from Girona. The main road connections to Lloret are the motorway AP-7 (exit 9), the motorway C-32 (exit Blanes) and the road N-II. By train Lloret de Mar doesn’t have a direct train connection, but for the neighboring town of Blanes, there are two main lines that connect with Barcelona and France. The Barcelona airport is connected with regular flights with the main cities of the world.
