I don't know what kind of clientele this place is suitable for. Probably only for travelers and Spartanists, at least in its current state. It is an old, unkempt site with absolutely outdated sanitary facilities, which are cleaned daily, in a prime city location directly on a main road but therefore... also very convenient for shopping. On the site itself there is only one pub that has been closed for years and no proper disposal facilities for faeces and gray water, only a "gully" on the owner's private property, probably the sewage connection of the house, but despite all the shortcomings you are very warmly welcomed by the operators. With a bit of commitment, this spot could be turned into an excellent city campsite, and the town and location are certainly worth it.

I visited La Ciotat for the first time in 1984 when I was 20 years old and have loved it ever since, despite its simplicity :-) I have visited it a total of 23 times.
