We will gladly come back to enjoy the area. There is a lot to see and the climbs to the many huts in the area are easy to manage on a touring bike. The operators are very friendly and always ready to provide information and help.
There is a new, beautiful, always clean sanitary building of the highest standard on the site.
The pitches are kept simple, electricity boxes for 3-4 pitches, no water, this is... only available in the wash house.
The pitches could be better marked.
The site is within earshot of a busy road, but is highly recommended for a stay of up to 7 days.
There is a lot to do in the area, a train and bus ticket is included, which is great to use.
Close to the Tauern highway, so very suitable for a stopover on the way there or back to the Adriatic.
There is a nice playground for children.
A great offer is the breakfast, which is probably possible to order in advance during the vacation season.

The campsite, the treatment by the campsite operator and his team, the leisure facilities, the food - everything was really great!NeigiamiThere was nothing to complain about!Very nice and yet centrally located campsite - highly recommended!The friendliness of the host couple and their team was exceptional. The food in the restaurant on site is very good and plentiful. The sanitary facilities are very good and well maintained! There is also a wellness area, which we didn't use this time. The easy walking distance to the bus stop and train... station is another plus point. With the Guest Mobility Ticket (50 cents/person/day) introduced this year, we were able to travel by bus and train several times. Our old dog was also given a very friendly welcome. We received a very friendly welcome from the owner and were given a tip for the Liechtensteinklamm gorge. This is really worth a visit!
Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was still closed, but she had a tip here too.
A hotel restaurant just a 5-minute... walk away. "That was delicious!" :)
All in all, a very nice campsite, sanitary facilities very modern & clean.
Many additional offers, such as wellness & fitness room.

The site is beautifully designed with a lot of passion. The sanitary facilities, kitchen, dishwashing room and washing machine room are very clean and modern. The operators are super nice and helpful. Highly recommended all round. I will definitely be back. Cleanliness is a top priority here. Everything is spotless. The proximity to Salzburg is also great. Whether by bike or bus/train, you can get there quickly. We have not come across such a great place and such a nice hostess at reception (Heidi) in recent years anywhere else in Europe. Finally, a note on our own behalf. We were allocated our pitch which we then moved into as quickly as possible. When we were looking for a mountain hut for dinner that was accessible by car, the owner gave us 2 great suggestions. I can only recommend the Kreistenalm.... On our return we visited the sanitary facilities, and I have to say that firstly I have never seen such a clean facility in 20 years and secondly I have never seen a cleaning lady in the showers even at 10pm at night. Cleanliness is important to the operators and you can feel it. There is also a very nice fitness and sauna area, but we could only visit it and not use it for time reasons. Because we came back so late from the Alm we had of course forgotten to order bread rolls, but I got 10 mixed rolls the next morning on request anyway, which I also found very nice and not a matter of course.

The Wieshof offers a complete package that is very rare to find, especially because of the family that runs it.
Everything can be reached quickly in the immediate vicinity (excursion destinations,... refueling, shopping, highway). The center of St. Johann is about a 15-minute walk away.

There was an opportunity to have private bathroom, even though I have never seen crowds in the public areas.

All the staff from the cleaning staff, restaurant staff to the reception all friendly. Fantastic pitch with a view of the mountains. Playground and rabbit enclosure for the kids. Town within 10 min walking distance. Lots of great activities available nearby.NeigiamiWe send under a cherry tree with overripe cherries. It smelled rotten and the caravan didn't look good. When the wind blew, the cherries fell on the roof and it sounded like falling stones. Lesson learned🤭PerfectWe were there for the 3rd time and would love to come back again.
